Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

Brought my car in for a tune up at 100,000 miles. The service reps, Buch and Eric, were knowledgeable about what needed to be done and helpful talking through what needed to be repaired now and what could wait. They arranged a loaner car for the time my car was in the shop. Overall a pleasant experience, and the friendliness of the service reps was key to that.

Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.

Art was kind enough to set an appointment for me to have a tire checked out. They were thorough and fixed the problem.

24000 miles Crew cab 4x4 - for me, the perfect match between comfort, styling, and utility. Truck has a soft bed cover that allows me to expose as much of the bed as I need. Easy to retract and close.

I rcvd excellent customer service. After a recent hospitalization, to receive the level of empathy from Carlos was comforting, although I was experiencing pain and discomfort as I sat waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Carlos constantly checked on me. It reminded me of how I would constantly check on my patients, as a frontline worker. Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response. All I can say is that Carlos's full demeanor impacted me tremendously. People may not always remember what you do or say...but they WILL remember how you make/made you feel. Carlos is an asset to Darcars, I sure hope you all make him feel he's a valuable employèe.😊

Great vehicle. I was not used to not having a printed owner’s manual. But, with continued and diligent use of the onboard screen and its videos and owner’s manual has answered all questions and issues. Love this pickup.

Bought a new F-150 Platinum. Had some challenges with the prep and delivery, but the General Sales Manager stepped up and made it right. Very pleased with their responsiveness. The price I paid was fair, so no complaints at all. I appreciate when a dealer is sincerely interested in my satisfaction.

The power, of the smallest engine, the 2.7 V6, Twin Turbo, is excellent. My average gas mileage is near 22 mpg. I am using Sheetz 88 Octane fuel. The 2021 F 150, XL/STX, Super Cab, FX4, has been a decent truck so far! I had some issues with the optional POWER GENERATOR,..and apparently, it's now fixed!? I may get a truck camper put on the bed!? However, it can be either a good hauler, or towing vehicle! My unit has the optional towing package.

Overall have been satisfied with Safford. Only minor complaints… like recently went for a simple tire rotation…nothing else… not even balancing and was surprised to find an additional charge of 10.00 for shop supplies and hazardous waste materials disposal. Not sure what shop supplies were needed or what hazardous waste needed to be disposed of from simply rotating the tires.

I needed to replace my three month old car declared a total loss after accident that occurred out of state. Needless to say I needed a smooth buying process. That what happened!

My experience with Shereen could not have been better. She put me at ease from our first interaction all the way until I received my keys. Jon was great in helping us get our vehicle back on the road again. Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department is outstanding! My car broke down on the weekend and when I called the Ford dealership near my house (Koons Ford of Woodbridge) they told me they could not get to it until mid-November (I called on 10 October). My transmission would not let the car drive and had a code on my Ford Pass that said there was a sensor problem which I told them. I told them I was going to call other Ford Dealerships and the Koons Ford service tech told me go ahead because all dealerships have a shortage of mechanics, and no one will be able to get me in sooner. I called Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department and talked to Jon who told me to bring it there. I had it towed to them and Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department had it fix the next day! Outstanding service! I have been a loyal customer to Koons Ford of Woodbridge for over 10 years and bought and had my cars serviced there (bought 7 vehicles over the 10 years). When that dealership was Cowles, it was great, but since Koons took over it went downhill. I have found a new dealership in Ourisman Ford of Manassas. This dealership is over 15 miles from my house versus 4 miles to Koons but when it comes to customer service Ourisman Ford of Manassas is tops!
