Your team is Awesome! I was traveling to see Grandchildren when my engine light came on 3 hours from home. I was not sure if you could do anything to help me on a Saturday. Pulling in, I was greeted with a welcome and a smile by an enthusiastic salesman, Nick! He led me in to speak with James and he pulled my Suburban in for the inspection. Nick checked on me several times while I was there. James was polite and efficient. He explained the process to assess the problem and afterwards let me know the needed repairs. I was so excited to know that you had the parts and could get it fixed while I waited. I went to nearby restaurant for a late lunch while the service team worked their magic. James called to let me know it was ready. I was relieved to have it repaired and happily back on the road by late afternoon. I was back in Abilene by 8:00 PM and still had my Sunday to get ready for a busy week! They were also able to change my oil while I was there, which saved me some time this week. In the interest of fairness, I wanted to follow up on the negative review I left on Dec 20, 2022. The dealership, specifically Shaun A reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication and inconvenience they put us through. And after some discussion, he agreed to lower the price of the the Edge that we were interested in by $500. It was an overall good deal and my wife and I accepted the offer and completed the sale that same day. No issues with the sales process and the paperwork was handled professionally and efficiently.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

When the manager came over to discuss numbers, he was calm, respectful, and easy to talk to — we genuinely appreciated that vibe. At another dealership, we felt pushed into making a rushed decision, like we couldn’t afford to buy a car unless we committed that day, which made us very uncomfortable. 2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..
