It was a friendly experience and they found I needed a battery and my gas line, so they told me and I agreed it needed to be done.

My 2022 STX 4x4 is totally awesome. Most importantly it’s 100% American. The 5.0 engine puts out plenty of power and pulls great . I put a 3 inch lift on the front and a 2 1/2 inch lift on the rear . I’m riding on 2022 35” inch tires and 18” raptor wheels . Also have an exhaust system with a large cold air intake system and passenger side oil catch can . All work was done at mall of ga ford . Now I have 15475 miles and just had my fourth oil change and service from mall of ga ford they completely take care of my truck .

On July 26, 2022 I picked up my fourth F150. This one was different. It was the first one I ordered (waited 10 mths.), the most costly and a hybrid. Now, almost a year later, I find I am greatly enjoying the truck. It tows 7000# with ease, is quiet, and the feature set is fantastic. Each rendition of the F150 has been better. I started with the 2009. Nice but heavy. The 2015 was the first aluminum one and I did have some trouble with the brake controller failing and catching fire. The 2017 was great but in its last year it developed a dripping leak when raining in the sunroof that thankfully I was able to fix. It was the best up until this one. The recalls-windshield motor and flickering taillights (LED flash). My motor was fine and the taillights were reprogrammed. I would say that is minor compared to my friend's Red Silverado who in 2015 got a notice that they were catching fire on rear defroster wiring! I haven't had any issues and I am just amazed at the technology. It drove me 200 miles to Tallahassee. I cannot wait for the BlueCruise update supposedly this year. I get about 3mpg better than my 2017 10spd, Ecoboost in town and about 1mpg better on the highway. It varies but that is about the average. Ecoboosts can be thirsty if you want power. They like to cruise so I have learned to get to speed, not crawl up and keep a light foot. I own a truck because I need one to tow my camper and I need one to serve dual purpose as a daily driver too. I find that the Ford F150 fits that bill. I have shopped all the choices on full size pickups. The only other truck, to me, that met my needs with positive factors was the GMC Denali diesel half ton. I was not impressed with the overall package of the Tundra, RAM or Titan. They did not check all the boxes for me. I look for comfort, MPG, engine/power/torque RPM power curve for towing, tow features, style, etc. The hybrid eco and the diesel blow the others away for low RPMs while towing which is torque and that makes for a more enjoyable tow. Less noise , stress, etc. My two finalists also got the best MPG. I leaned toward the hybrid more too because of the current stance on diesels and the DEF and the cost of the fuel compared to regular gas. As a long time sports sedan owner turned trucker, I would tell you to shop. Read and research but some facts, well, aren't facts. I remember my legacy of sports sedans and buying recommended models- LOL. The Lexus- bad radios- all of them on the lot, cyclops brake light bulb not replaceable when blown, BMW 328is coupe- bad electrical battery blew up 2yrs., Infiniti G38 jerking and slamming 8spd. auto transmission on Interstates on quick braking- these were all top rated/reviewed cars and not cheap. I had more trouble with those three than any other vehicles I ever have owned. If you are looking for a truck, a vehicle meant for hauling and towing, then I highly recommend an F150. There is a reason they have such high sales in spite of what some reviews say.

K. Miller was polite, knowledgeable of Ford models, and was very clear with his communication. It was a nice dealership with relatively cheap dealer fees (around $300 for my car). Process was easy, and they even held the car for me for a week without a deposit.

Plush ride and plenty of power. Side windows are lower and offer more comfort when down. Safety features are awesome. Engine without cylinder shutdown was a plus for me. Price was higher than expected but in line with other brands.

Our 2019 Ford Edge had developed serious engine problems with only 42,000 miles on it! Ford corporate customer service was terrible!! After not being helped at a local Ford dealer, we had our car towed to Fred Beans Ford in Mechanicsburg Pa. Antonio Dixon in service, was professional and extremely helpful! He reassured us that the repairs would be covered under warranty and secured us a rental car, free of charge! Car was repaired as promised with no charge to us! We are terribly disappointed in Ford lack of customer service, but if we do decide on Ford again it will because of Antonio and agreed Beans Ford.

I Purchased a 2015 Tacoma TRD PRO on line. I'm 3 1/2 hours away so everything was phone and email. Couldn't have been an easier process. I was sent a video walk around of the truck and the manager pointed out every little rock chip or imperfection. From Wes the Manager to Brian in Finance to Ryan in Sales...Top Notch! I'm like a lot of people that don't like dealing with a car dealer...I've had bad experiences in the past. This was the smoothest, easiest transaction I've ever had at a dealership. The truck was priced fairly and when the shipper delivered it, the condition was exactly as I was told, No Surprises! I would buy from these guys again in a heartbeat. My old car required many expensive repairs to pass inspection. My service person, Bob Hockenberry, recommended not repairing it, and referred me to a wonderful salesman, Joe Latshaw. Joe showed me many different options, allowed me to take my new car home to get my old title, and moved all of my belonging from my old car to my new car. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership went out of their way to help me and make me feel important. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Hoffman Ford and have never been disappointed with any of my interactions.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

Overall, very good experience. They had a good selection of vehicles and were more than willing to help with the buying process.

What can I say besides that I am very pleased with the service I received here!! PHENOMENAL STAFF. If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I would go here immediately even though it's an hour drive from my house. Now, I know what you might be curious, why such a glowing review...well here is my background. This is the third car I have purchased in the span of 3 years (it's okay to Judge, I know I am a mess). I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Salesman Harrison was top notch! He stated That he is relatively new to the business, however is off to a great start and has a promising future! This dealer also communicates with each other and out of the 3 people i spoke to, they all knew what was going on with my deal. I also spoke to salesman Chip who was also great and very helpful. Eric the finance manager was not like any other finance manager I’ve dealt with they are typically pushy and arrogant. This was not the case with Eric. He was informative and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed and assisted however he could. Upper Marlboro have me a great deal on the truck I purchased and also great value on my trade. This is not common during current times with any of the other Ford dealers. Harrison even drove the truck 3 hours to me and picked up my trade in. This was an effortless vehicle purchase and I feel upper Marlboro did whatever they could to make the deal happen.
