Used 2023 Ford F-150 XLT trucks for sale near Bothell West, WA

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

Keanu was so very kind and so very attentive during my appointment despite my being late. He was very informative about what I should be considering for upcoming maintenance first for my Mustang. (Preeettty sure someone wiped my car down a bit--and for that, I appreciate everyone there taking extra care.)

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

We had a very positive experience at this location. Because of current supply chain issues, they did not have the car we wanted on the lot. Nancy was great in helping us get one ordered. Once in Crystal was wonderful about going over all of the features of our new Outback. In financing, Tony was so friendly and got us through our paperwork quickly. We had Eric as a salesman and he was very good at answering all of our questions we had about the new trucks. He made the buying process about as quick as possible. Then Michael the tech, came and explained all the cool tech gadgets on the new trucks. He was also very helpful, and we even brought back the truck when we had our trailer hooked up and he set up the trailer assist for us. I would recommend Bickford to anyone looking to buy a new truck.

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

Thank you very much for a pleasant car buying experience. Russ was a wonderful sales guy. Personable, easy to talk to and genuine so this made negotiations more relaxed. No pressure from Malakai the Manager, who is also calm and relaxed. He was willing to listen and make adjustments. Even signing the paperwork was easy as typically this is the time my stomach aches and my heart goes 0- 120 in one second.

I found the customer service to be very helpful and easy to work with. Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers. Very professional, both over the phone and in person. No haggling, pressure, or fast talking and both gentlemen were friendly and approachable. Bought my sweet Mini Cooper cash and the dealer was honest about any issues with the used car, which was greatly appreciated. Only needed to replace a headlight bulb and turn signal switch, so for a 2003, that’s pretty amazing! Could tell they actually did an inspection and maintenance on the car because the oil was a clear golden color, clean antifreeze, air filter ect. HIGHLY recommend these folks for their honesty and trustworthiness! Whole deal done in about an hour. Thank you so much, I’m genuinely pleased! (And thanks for the Dr. Pepper)

Our was stolen then totalled while working in Seattle. Found Cars dot com and found a perfect new-to-us F-350 for our replacement! Even with the Christmas/New Years holidays we were able to test drive, get insurance monies and purchase the truck in two days.

The sales associates named Paul did an excellent job during the whole purchasing process. I would buy another vehicle from him based on my experience. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, communicated well, presented himself and the company very well. The credit manager did a good job as well. Unfortunately, I just had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Joy Lott, service advisor. She was rude and impatient in her communications. She would talk over me when I was trying to explain that I was calling to reschedule the appointment she made for me without my input. I do not want to deal with Joy again. Left me with a bad experience. Ownership should send her to a customer service and communication training. She forgot that her job is to create a customer experience that would keep them coming back for more business. Ownership should discuss this with her. I would recommend the sales department but not the service department based on my unpleasant experience.
