I am very blessed to have met Aramis at Mullinax. I’d been shopping for about 3 months and was so fed up with the “Let me talk to my Finance Manager” game - it is so outdated, inefficient, and untrustworthy. As a modern consumer, I have unlimited resources at my disposal to research what I want, and once I decide, I don’t need to be “sold” to. When I show up at a dealership, I have already done my homework, and I expect to be listened to and assured I am partnering with the right company and vehicle. I need to trust what I see and hear. First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

Excellent buying experience is a summary of it all. He did a nice job securing the best car that meets my needs and was very fair in pricing. I will certainly buy again and I really like my Passat

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

Josh was great. The loan process took a little bit and my tires on my car needed to be rebalanced. But everything was fixed promptly as soon as I notified them what the problems were.

I hate shopping for cars, with that being said, I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience at AutoNation in Sanford Fl. From the moment I entered the building I had a peace about me.
