I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

I recently purchased two vehicle's from Daven at Woody Anderson Ford in Huntsville. The initial plan was to only trade in our F350 duly on a single rear wheel F250. However once Daven informed us of the outstanding offers Ford was having on the 2024 Mach E's we could not pass up the opportunity to add an electric vehicle to our household. In addition to the outstanding service, we received and continue to receive from Daven, the entire Woody Anderson family have been exceptional to deal with. The entire experience has been outstanding. Over the years we have purchased 6 vehicles at this dealership and this time has been the best experience of all of them. First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

Had my 2023 Explorer serviced at Quick Lane Madison. Outstanding customer service. Willy Black did a great job facilitating the service. They delivered the car back home. All was great. Mr James Cooper runs a great organization on Hughes Road Quick Lane. Can’t think of anything better

Everyone at Woody Anderson is always so friendly and ready to help. I just went in for a routine oil change and while I was waiting I received a text giving me the overall multi-point inspection of my vehicle. I had a few questions and a young man at the front desk really took the time to help me understand particular areas of concern that I had. My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

I made it to Woody Anderson Ford Huntsville, AL. The staff was helpful, kind, went above and beyond assisting me. I ended up trading my car. I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

Ronnie and Matt and Doug were very knowledgeable and helpful, especially when dealing with the incompetent USAA insurance adjuster. I appreciated their commitment to repairing my vehicle the way that they would want their own vehicle repaired after an accident that wasn't their fault. I have used Lynn Layton's body shop on other occasions, and the current vehicle that was being repaired was also purchased from that dealership.
