After losing my vehicle that I didn’t get to enjoy for a full year to a hit and run, I was not excited to start the process over again. The team at Hertz made it as quick and painless as possible. Kailey was kind and helpful without being the stereotypical overbearing sales person. My purchased vehicle was released to me after being thoroughly cleaned. After arriving home, I realized I did not have mats, so the team worked to secure some for me. I’d had this dealership recommended to me by others in the past, and now I can validate the positive claims first hand. Two big thumbs up for Billings Hertz!

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

I bought my mom a car this week and was blown away by how stress free it was. Shandra Martin did an absolutely wonderful job making things easy and quick. We discussed my moms situation and looked at several cars, I ended up test driving a 2020 Nissan Murano with 35k miles on it. It was perfect! Shandra did all the paperwork, was able to meet my price budget and had everything completely ready when the final paperwork was signed. I couldn’t have been happier with my car buying experience at Hertz.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

Hertz has once again gone above and beyond to give me wonderful choices and incredible support with a vehicle purchase. Kailey is an outstanding support for finding new vehicles for me… She has already helped us with at least five for my family. I will not go anywhere else.

Great truck from the looks and comfort, and most of all was klaben ford of Warren Ohio, terrific people highly recommended, my salesman Dom cook was great and The owner Mr Klaben was top notch!

Service was excellent. People were polite. Cameron helped us get additional work done. He's the best.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

This dealership was amazing. They were so helpful and considerate. I bought my first car from them and Kailey and Carl did everything in their power to make it work out based on my budget, my citizenship and preferences. The next car I purchase will be from them. Can’t say enough about their assistance!

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

Mike Weiland helped me get connected to Chase Darby who became my salesman for this visit. I?m kind of glad that Mike is not in sales. I think he does better in his little corner office where he can?t drop bottles of rum like he did in Belize airport. Gosh, he talks a lot. Chase took a lot of time explaining the features of the car and what was different from my old Ford escape. He?s a very persistent salesman and reaches out a couple of times a week to see if I retained any information that he told me. All in all, I was very happy with the two crazy guys that helped me, but Alexa was my favorite.

The team at Archie?s did an absolute amazing job of getting me into my new F150. I had to drive 250 miles to get to the dealership and they stayed open late just to accommodate me. Thanks to Greg, Matt, and Lexi for getting me into my King Ranch. The truck is exactly what I was shopping for.
