I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

Excellent treatment, very professional and friendly, especially the salesman Kevin Montalvo, very direct, very kind, attentive, and above all, extensive knowledge of vehicles.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

Traci in the service department went above and beyond to correct a situation we had with our bronco. Her communication, customer service, and commitment was five star.

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

I made an appointment to see a used accord they had. I drove from Deltona and was disappointed when I got there and was told it was sold. I spoke to Reggie and he was very apologetic and so nice. I explained I wasn’t in a rush and have been looking for a used cheap car to drive around locally under 10k he was straightforward and started showing me some of their inventory. I didn’t find anything I liked but him! Reggie is sweet straightforward and really listened to me he was not pushy and offered to even help me if I had questions on any other cars I see elsewhere.
