I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

Our experience at Springfield Ford was exceptional in every way. From the initial phone call with Stacy, our sales experience with Rita, and the final sign off with GM Jeff this was our best car buying experience. Rita Feehery was responsive, respectful of our time, and made the transaction a seamless process. She made Ford customers out of us!

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

Everything was great. I really like my Corsair. A friend recommended Bergey the car dealership and Mr Smith I would recommend the dealership to someone who is looking to buy a Lincoln.

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

Overall the buying process was great. Charles the salesperson that helped me was fantastic!! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for your car shopping.

I purchased a 2022 Lincoln Nautilus reserve and I was very pleased with the condition of the car and the help from the sales team including Mr. Charles Smith who did an excellent job at follow-up and preparing my car for pickup. They also repaired a small chip in the paint on the front bumper which turned out flawless. I received a more than fare deal on my trade in which left me with a monthly payment that fits my budget. The service department did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing my random radio blackout on my 2021 Equinox. This was not a simple issue, but they solved it. The part was back ordered and took several weeks before it was available from GM. They gave me a loaner car and kept me well informed. I am very pleased with the service department.

I initially contacted the dealership by phone. I had no leads or expectations, but it turned out well. Over several days, my salesman went above and beyond to find me the Mustang I wanted with the aid of his manager. The both of them were patient with my many needs eight up until we found the pwrfect vehicle. It took a little over a week since the national inventory is really low. All in all, it was a pretty smooth experience with a few bumps here and there .
