I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

IMO, the Bergey's experience was excellent! It began with the salesperson Noah, who I found to be very helpful and professional from introduction, through answering questions, the test drive, and with the sale. On the day of delivery, Noah the F150 was prepared and ready upon arrival. Noah greeted me, the final paperwork process was efficient and conducted professionally, then Noah finished up with explaining the features on the F150, including syncing my phone before I departed. The entire experience great!

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

The Red carpet treatment Bob Gillespie gave us with hooking us up with a great truck to recommending a great steak house to celebrate my birthday dinner. Dosen't get any better than that!!!

Great truck from the looks and comfort, and most of all was klaben ford of Warren Ohio, terrific people highly recommended, my salesman Dom cook was great and The owner Mr Klaben was top notch!

Just got my Backdraft 427 Cobra roadster delivered. Couldn't be happier with this car or my experience with Jonathan Motor Cars. They were extremely helpful and informative. My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

I purchased a 2022 Lincoln Nautilus reserve and I was very pleased with the condition of the car and the help from the sales team including Mr. Charles Smith who did an excellent job at follow-up and preparing my car for pickup. They also repaired a small chip in the paint on the front bumper which turned out flawless. I received a more than fare deal on my trade in which left me with a monthly payment that fits my budget. I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

I had my car in for an oil change and as I was walking around the showroom a salesman introduced himself to me and asked if he could help me. I told him no that I was just in for service. He understood and offered to answer any questions I may have. Well it turned out I did have a few questions about the Ford escape. Sam Huhn was great! He took almost an hour out of his day to answer all my questions and explain the difference in the model line even though I told him I wasn't in the market at the moment. When I was done with all my questions he smiled and gave me his card and told not to hesitate to call him if I had anymore questions. I was very impressed that he took the time to answer my questions even though I told him I wasn't in the market for a new car. This young man is a credit to the Kennedy organization and when the time comes to purchase a car he will definitely be my salesperson!!

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and very informative our sales people was extremely friendly and helpful with setting up our phones with the car.

Sales was good. Not pushy and communicated well. A little deceiving as my final pymnt wasn't what was stated in our correspondence. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting on my check for my trade in. Recommend selling trade in to a used car lot if in good condition.
