Used 2023 Ford F-150 trucks for sale near Cleburne, TX

I was able to come early in the morning. The car I'd chosen was ready for me. Terricka was fantastic and I appreciate her getting me in and out fast.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

I want to put out a great thanks to service advisor Jeff McDowell. He has went above and beyond to give us the most exceptional extraordinary automotive service we have ever had. After receiving a bad oil change from Walmart my Toyota Prius engine blew. It was an 07' but only had about 70k miles on it. Getting Walmart to finance the repair was the worst, they did so many maneuvers and tacktets to avoid financing the repair, despite fault, but we were so blessed to have Jeff McDowell advocate for us and it was his persistence that really made it possible to get everything we needed to be safe on the road. When Walmart tried to short us by providing only partial payment for the damage they did to our car Jeff McDowell and the service director Jeff McGarr of Toyota of Fort Worth looked out for us and were even kind enough to waive much of the labor cost to get us rolling again. My Prius is an 07' so they ended up replacing the engine, hybrid battery, some oxygen sensors, hoses, and even a faulty headlight to restore it to perfect condition. It runs like brand new now and I am pleased to pass it down to our teen student as reliable transportation. I am so impressed by the service of our advisor Jeff McDowell, he made the process so simple and easy for us, we were so lucky to have him managing our case,  by the end of it all he literally had our cell number memorized from putting in so much time and effort on our case so he deserves a trophy for that alone and truly everyone on service Director Jeff McGarr's whole team were amazing. Toyota of Fort Worth is like no other. They are an honest caring group that go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Everyone from repair techs, management, administration, and everyone in between, from start to finish were so professional, did a wonderful job, and they all worked so hard for us. We were treated like family and I know I can trust them to be honest, work hard, and do great work at fair prices. Even if there are better prices out there I will never again waste my time trusting anyone else but Toyota of Fort Worth for all my car maintenance and repair needs. How many times have you been to a dealer service department only to wait infinitely to even get a 'Hello'? Have you walked away disappointed promising to never return to such a consumer unfriendly trench? I have, but yesterday gave me a much-needed dealer service department experience. I don't know about you, but to me, if the employee behind the counter has a disgruntled attitude, that will make me adapt the same attitude, and the experience will end up a total nightmare. Into the picture comes Mariel Sun. Mariel is a service advisor at Clay Cooley Mitsubishi in Arlington, Texas off I-20 1480 West. The details of my visit are not important to my review. What is important is how amazing Mariel was and how she very kindly and professionally took care of my vehicle. Dealer service advisors like Mariel are a needle in a haystack. My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

Tony Carreon was the greatest new car salesperson we have ever encountered. In fact the whole experience of buying was super. No ridiculous offers from some "manager" out of nowhere to obviously be turned down and resubmitted to us in another wasted 30 min. Tony took care of business, we never dealt with anyone else until we were in finance. We were treated well in the finance dept. also. Overal an excellent experience. So good in fact, we sent our granddaughter in to see Tony, and she too purchased a new Chevy. Thanks Tony, we only hope the service dept. lives up to what sales and finance have set as a high bar. I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

Service Rep was very accommodating since I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment. The appointment process was easy as well. Recommended.

My experience with Jasmine Acoff was great, she's so personable. She greeted me with a warm smile and was attentive to my concerns with my car battery. Post services, she ensured that I was satisfied with services rendered.

I had a great first car buying experience here! Juan Gomez replied to my email promptly and set up a time for us to meet to test drive the car, and I fell in love with the car, so I bought it! I was nervous about being scammed because I don’t know much about cars, but I never felt like that at all. Juan was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and helped us to get a great deal on the car. Financing was also a breeze and I once again did not feel like I was getting scammed at all. Dominic Hernandez helped us to get a great warranty and made sure to speak to my car-knowledge level. My dad said this was the easiest car buying experience he had, and while I have nothing to compare it to, I agree! I was in the market for a new vehicle but dreaded going to a dealership. It is like knowing you need to put on boxing gloves and go 12 rounds and try not to get beat up too bad. Classic Dodge had the exact truck I wanted so I called and talked to Alonzo Contreras. From that first call he was honest, easy to talk to and no high pressure at all. He is awesome and I highly recommend him. Yissell Medina also worked with me and did a great job. Last but not least, Jeff Miller in the Finance office was the best I’ve ever dealt with. Our work vehicle had some recalls due, and needed a new seal around the windshield and I booked the repairs via online services and was able to get a convenient appointment date/time very quickly. The service representative, Paul Segars was awesome and kept us up to date on the status of the vehicle. Vehicle was ready faster than expected and very much appreciated!

This is the 2nd vehicle that I?ve bought from Adi at AutoNation in Fort Worth. I love the fact that she answers any questions that I throw her way.
