Keith greeted us as we exited our vehicle. We had no appointment and only stopped by on our way to a dealership in Nashua. We had researched online and knew what we were looking for. Keith took us inside to his desk, offering coffee/water. He took time to get to know our wants and needs....he LISTENED! Two test drives later we bought our 4 Runner. I took our Ford EcoSport in for its routine 5,000 mile oil change that included the checking of the fluids, hoses, and wires. The tires were rotated when it was suggested it was due for that. My appointment was for 8:30AM, and my car was taken into the garage right away. Within a half ho9ur the work was completed at a very reasonable price.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

Came in with my mother and stepfather as they wanted to get a Sienna minivan. There were a couple of used Siennas to look at which fit right in the price and payment range, as well as some new vehicle options which interested us. The pricing was more than fair and the salesperson and sales manager were so nice. Debbie (the owner) came over and introduced us to her cute little dog as well :) Just a great experience overall and I would highly recommend Ali to anybody. Really nice guy, personable, worked hard for us.

Great experience, I built the car on-line and I was kept update as the car went through it's build and it arrived when the dealership said it would and the buying process and delivery took an hour. It was a very easy process.
