Used 2023 Ford F-150 trucks for sale near Fort Branch, IN

Garret made sure my truck was ready on time. The service department did a great job.They serviced my truck and inspected a few minor issues I had. Parts have been ordered and repairs will be completed when they arrive.

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

Very efficient and helpful. Provide a Shuttle service that I found very helpful. Staff was extremely courteous. Timely in scheduling and servicing the vehicle. Will return for service when necessary.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

In and out quickly. Noticed new people in the service department. Waiting area was nice. Helped myself to some lemonade. This is crazy that you have to write so many words

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

Better than the last 4 visits. Service is getting better but I am still reserving judgement until I see this longterm and not just once.

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

Scheduled appointment, arrived and checked in hassle free. Waited for service to be done, checked out hassle free and was on my way within a reasonable amount of time. Pretty much what I expected and had hoped for on this appointment. The only thing I think they could be a little better at is for them to state to the customer the work that was completed just so the customer walks out being reassured that the work was all completed and nothing was missed.

Kenny Kent did a fantastic job from start to finish with the purchase of my new truck. Walked in and was instantly greeted with professionalism. The whole sales team worked great together to fully insure I was getting what I wanted. They have reached out to make sure everything is still going well and always remind me that they are there anytime I need them for assistance or questions. I have to say the folks at Kate Kaupel Ford down in Henderson Kentucky have the greatest customer service skills I have encountered in a long long time. I did a lot of my new Bronco stuff over the phone and lined it all up because it was a 2 hour drive. On our way there Jacob called ahead of us arriving and made sure I was coming and that the Bronco would be waiting on me to drive. Once that was over they flew through the paper work for the loan and had it not been for the services I bought to add to the Bronco we would have been back on the road home in less than 2 hours. They are phenomenal and I would highly recommend them for any vehicle purchase.

I have purchased purchased several cars from Ford Town and Country and I have been pleased every time. I’ve been treated fairly and they always stand behind their word. Recently, I bought an EV car and there was a misunderstanding, miss information given, and the dealership made it right I am very pleased. Will buy from them again. The reason for four stars is lack of knowledge of vehicle’s on the salesman
