I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

Great sales experience. We love Butch and the dealership at Halderman. We weren't pressured but received consistent help. We'll go back when time comes for next vehicle.

The finance department went the extra mile and secured me a rate even lower than my requirement which was a very pleasant surprise at delivery. I couldn't be happier with the experience and that is saying a lot as car buying is normally a stressful and usually less than enjoyable experience.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

I like people who are willing to negotiate- they gave me a very good offer to my "request," yet the vehicle was not exactly what I was shopping for-- just "available!"

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

I can't say enough here. First of all, Jordan Good should change his name to Jordan Great. Not to diminish anyone else who I saw, spoke to, or dealt with there, but Jordan was a pleasure to work with. I'm not sure he would say the same about me, though. I've been doing my homework and had many questions. All of them were answered quickly, clearly, and honestly. Today was my 6th visit to a dealership since Thanksgiving, and will likely be the last visit for me for quite some time, since I was able to get exactly what I was looking for(actually more than I was looking for). I love the no-haggle approach. I also never felt any pressure, which I assume is because these guys know that they are going to sell the vehicles on their lot, so they don't have to be abrasive about it. I drove a little under 3 hours to buy a truck from these guys and it was worth every second. I guess the best way I can describe how I feel about Mark Martin Motors is that I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from these guys without even taking it for a test drive. I figured I had 150 or so miles to test it out on the way home. It passed the test folks!!!!!

Clean place just bought my car 2024 bmw at twin pine Ford. They should have at least some warranty from this dealership but none all I have is left over from manufacturing warranty.

We had a wonderful experience with Jordan @ Mark Martin. As an out of state buyer I was bit apprehensive but Jordan worked with us at every level and was very helpful in answering questions as well as timely communication back and forth. The vehicle was delivered last week and was in great shape, matching the description and images on the MM site and cars.com. We ended up using Lemon Squad to go through the vehicle and provide a report on the vehicle. No major findings and felt even more comfortable we were getting a good vehicle. I recently purchased a used Subaru Impreza from Fred Bean Ford of Boyerstown. It was a great deal. I love the car! Great customer service! They made buying quick and easy. They even picked me up to finish buying. A day after I took it home the check engine light came on. Was a bad ignition coil and tire pressure sensor. Common issues with buying a used car.
