Perfect on all counts. I didn?t want to leave! The service was personal and honest, everything was well laid out and I felt extremely comfortable buying my Mini from this team!

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

Dealt with Kiel Johnson Who was very pleasant to deal with. I felt no pressure and he followed up to see if I was satisfied.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

Great car! The administration (new car, service) )building was spacious and clean. The preowned building was clean, just not 'new'. The admin building was a preferred place to wait for the paperwork closing process - which took a little longer than hoped for this out-of-state sale and licensing requirements. I would highly recommend this dealership based on our experience. Still a few open items from our sale but the needed items are on order.

Great truck from the looks and comfort, and most of all was klaben ford of Warren Ohio, terrific people highly recommended, my salesman Dom cook was great and The owner Mr Klaben was top notch!

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

Went to the dealership to look at a 2012 Ford F-150 that was advertised on the website. I was told that the vehicle had not went through service. The salesman I worked with, Randy Looper, was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He was up front and very honest about the pricing and never pressured me on any way. I did buy the truck and got a great deal. If you are looking for a used vehicle I highly recommend you shop here.

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

I've done business with Ford of Spartanburg for years. The last 1 1/2 years my point of contact has been Tyrone Goode. In my opinion, he is one of the best service reps I've ever done business with. He follows through with my cars services from start to finish. I recently took a cross country trip in my 2004 T-Brid, had a breakdown in Missouri & when the Ford dealer there was going to leave me in a motel for 3 days Tyrone stepped in. With his help my car was repaired in the same day, not only that he contacted me 3 times to make sure I was staying informed about that dealers' progress. Tyrone also gives the same attention to detail to "hometown" service. As a woman I'm grateful that he treats me with the same respect I've seen others only give men customers. I don't know him outside of the dealership so the service he affords me is a reflection of his work ethic. Ford would do well to hire more service reps like Tyrone!!

My car Wouldn't start and Jonathan dropped what he was doing and came to jump me off immediately. This kind of professionalism is what I look for in a service department, Jonathan is to be commended for his outstanding service to me. He has me as a customer for life.

My daughter recently had an accident and was left without a car she could drive. We were really worried about coming up with a down payment for a new one, especially since she wasn’t prepared for this situation. But Antonio worked his magic and didn’t stop until he got her a deal she could afford! He was absolutely great to work with, and Brandon was just as wonderful! Brandon helped set up her phone and had everything ready to go before we left the lot. I can't wait to get my own car paid down so I can come back to see my newfound 'son' and get one for myself!
