Used 2023 Ford F-150 trucks for sale near Hamtramck, MI

My recent experience with the Service team at Taylor Ford was outstanding! The level of communication, service and attention to detail I personally have not seen in my many years working with other dealer service departments. MY 2018 Ford Explorer was well taken care of and I appreciate the team. Specifically Kim, Todd, Charlene and Kelly. Thank you for everything.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

The dealership was very friendly, clean and nice. Tim and Jordan are awesome! Super friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider purchasing or leasing my future car from here!

My insurance company recommended Jack Demmer Ford to have some body work done. They were great!!! Texted me regularly to keep updated and finished my car repairs on time. Car looks wonderful and they gave it a really good cleaning inside & out. I will definitely use them again!

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

We have bought and leased many vehicles from Ryan Moore at Dean Sellers and have always been very very satisfied. We use their service department regularly. Thai time is was just for an oil change. Again used the valet service which is very helpful.

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

Lou Marchesi is my go to salesman. Always a professional. Works to make sure customer gets what they want from the lease plan. Always a pleasure to have Lou take care of our leases. The front desk is super friendly when we come in. Again, all in all a excellent experience with Avis Ford!

Sam is always fantastic! I have been going there for almost 25 years and he has always been a great salesman. I always know what to expect and he always has things in order and ready to go.

The process was easy to purchase a certified used car with Southgate. I was a bit disappointed picking up the vehicle once I purchased it, and it was not cleaned to my expectation (after speaking with the salesperson who said it would be). Overall, I am happy with my purchase and the dealership was patient, not pushy, and helpful.

When I asked about a particular automobile online, Joseph responded almost instantly. His quick response time and willingness to answer all of my inquiries set the tone for a positive purchasing experience. The next day, I returned to the dealership, where Joseph had the car ready for me to test drive. The Svc Desk Manager, Svc Manager, and the Svc Senior Electrical Technician all worked on the Electrical repair as a Team, keeping me informed on their work status to resolve the problem at hand. During the entire repair job of the 2024 Edge my Svc Desk Manager and the Svc Lane Manager insuring that I had a dependable vehicle for my spouse & I. Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep values and appreciates their customers! I had a very negative experience at a dealer on Hall Rd in Macomb and was about to wash my hands and walk away from Jeep altogether when Aaron Carter from Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep reached out to me via email about my interest in a Renegade. Picking up the Renegade I see. I `m so happy it worked it. Are you excited?? with a huge smile on his face. Gus?s manager also came over to introduce himself and welcomed me to the Jeep family. Gus was nothing but extraordinary from that first phone call to the moment I drove off the lot. He walked me through each and every step of the process, explaining it all. On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. Aaron and Gus are my Knights in Shining Armor! Both gentleman really worked hard to turn this very unhappy customer coming from another dealer to a happy one because of them at Rochester Hills Jeep. In all the years I've been buying cars, I've never had such a pleasant experience. Mark was kind and took time to explain everything and worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted. This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.
