I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

I have bought 4 vehicles from 4 different places in my life. I plan on driving my new Tundra forever if I can, but if and when I need a 5th vehicle, I will get it from here.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

I was interested in trading in my 18 year old Sport Trac for a similar vehicle. The salesman, Kevin Hunter, immediately arranged a test drive, evaluated my trade-in and looked for a Maverick that had the options I was looking for. He and Hoffman Ford did a great job.

Great truck from the looks and comfort, and most of all was klaben ford of Warren Ohio, terrific people highly recommended, my salesman Dom cook was great and The owner Mr Klaben was top notch!

We were in the market for a used Subaru for our daughter's first car as a Christmas gift. She had some specific wants for the vehicle, so my wife and I started looking out of our home state of Virginia. My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

Hands down the best buying experience either my wife or I have had. Robert, Josh, Joseph and Mark were great to work with. No haggle pricing allowed us to speak openly on features, pros, cons and needs of our family. My trade-in value was higher than average KBB and what I had hoped for based on condition. The whole family took part in purchase, ensuring our 2 year old would like the new truck! From hoisting our son and NB car seat in and out of trucks, to arranging for change of address forms, to reading the vehicle for pick-up, the experience was easy, efficient, and fun! I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

Bob Reder did a extremely professional job with my wife/I on our weekend purchase of the 24 Bronco, He didnt try to upsale and with a no hassel work ethic, he seemed like he really cared about the customer experience and we walked away with what we wanted.
