I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

The car I ended up in is really nice and drives smoothly. I like the warranty for new cars, which is the whole reason I got a new one this time. This was my first time buying a new car rather than a used one. I do think the dealership didn?t offer me as much as they could have for my trade in. The financing at the dealership was a pretty good offer.

Great truck from the looks and comfort, and most of all was klaben ford of Warren Ohio, terrific people highly recommended, my salesman Dom cook was great and The owner Mr Klaben was top notch!

I am new in the area. Just moved here from up North. Was looking for a new vehicle. Was greeted by a sales lady by the name of Angela. My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

Was a GREAT DAY and good deal... Sales Manager & Sales person was Great.. NO pressure they listened to WHAT you wanted and needs/goals, NOT try to put you in a vehicle you couldn't afford or anything like that.

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

I would have to say that this dealership is spot on ! My daughter who is in the navy was in need of a bigger car . She has some ideas of what she wanted (Bronco) being that she is a single mom she wanted something that was much bigger then her Jetta she had. From the moment she stepped in there they gave her the attention she needed . I always say it’s the little things with a dealership. That got her the car she wanted ( she didn’t get floor mats ) that was the only thing but she was quite happy with her purchase. The owner of mills group is fantastic when I say he is a wonderful human being I mean it. The finance manager was fantastic and to be frank I believe my daughter and him bonded just by life experiences . Our sales guy was attentive and just a super down to earth guy. All in all if we could give this dealership a 10 we would. I have bought many range rover and defenders from Mills auto group and have always had the upmost customer service. She is very happy with making the choice to go to this dealership. One word Superb !

Although I ultimately purchased my vehicle from another dealership due to specific availability, I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received from Justin during my search. A very comfortable experience....no pressure... we worked with a Sales Consultant (Rico Gibson) who actually LISTENED to our description of what we wanted to buy, rather than trying to sell us what he wanted to sell...they were willing to locate the car we wanted at another dealership within their corporate group and brought it to Columbia from NC..all in all, a very positive car buying experience.
