First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

We had a transmission breakdown on I65 just south of Franklin,TN and took our F150 to Ford of Franklin. We were towing a 16ft utility trailer from Florida back to Wisconsin. Service Manager Neal was great, he managed to diagnose the transmission problem and park our truck and trailer in a very tight dealership lot. He knew that we had a bad Transmission Lead Frame. Luckily the replacement part was in stock and Neal was able to schedule service for the next day. We hit the road the next afternoon just before rush hour. We couldn't believe our luck finding such a great Service Manager in Neal and were very thankful that Neal and everyone at Ford of Franklin took such great care of us.

Great truck from the looks and comfort, and most of all was klaben ford of Warren Ohio, terrific people highly recommended, my salesman Dom cook was great and The owner Mr Klaben was top notch!

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

While Darrell Waltrip Subaru has an amazing team some folks deserve special recognition. I purchased my Chevy Colorado from DW Subaru in 2022 and that experience was great. I found myself in need of a superior technician when other factory dealers were unable to diagnose a problem. Will Allen introduced me to Dustin. In less then five minutes Dustin identified the problem and I left feeling secure in his abilities. Sure enough he nailed it out of the park. The buying experience here was excellent. I was an out of state sale and they made it the best one I have ever experience out of the more than 10 times I have done it. It all started with the price, spot on. Then the communication and once I decided, I was done in less than an hour with the paperwork, down payment and even had arranged the shipping. When I received the car it was everything they had promised and more. I am very happy.

We visited the dealership...one time we found them closed when they were supposed to be open...but either way, never found the perfect match. There are so many qualified cars out there, the competition is extremely stiff and with the Internet at the buyer's disposal, it's easy to see where ALL dealerships stand on inventory and price.
