Very pleased with my purchase. No pressure during the process. Had the truck I was looking at as advertised.

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

Justin, one of the service writers, is the best to deal with in the area!! He is always trying to help me with any problems I may have and always goes above and beyond for his customers ! He is the reason I always go back for any service my Ford Raptor may need , Thanks, AK

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

The staff at Richard’s Motorcars was very easy to deal with, super friendly and responsive. My salesman Leo looked into every question I had and replied to me in a timely fashion. Because I am out of state, he made sure I knew the items required by Massachusetts to purchase the car and return to NH, and he politely reminded me a day in advance just so there were no surprises. My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

Very personable guys , absolutely no pressure sale , Leo provided us detail on the car which was ready for us to test drive when we arrived . Great synergy between Leo in sales and Joe- finance . No nonsense auto group .

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

Came in with my mother and stepfather as they wanted to get a Sienna minivan. There were a couple of used Siennas to look at which fit right in the price and payment range, as well as some new vehicle options which interested us. The pricing was more than fair and the salesperson and sales manager were so nice. Debbie (the owner) came over and introduced us to her cute little dog as well :) Just a great experience overall and I would highly recommend Ali to anybody. Really nice guy, personable, worked hard for us.

My recent service visit was with Caitlin Snow a service writer who was most accommodating and understanding of my needs. The service managers follow up and ascertaining that all was completed to my satisfaction and welcoming return for further service is something you will not fine in many dealerships. I was brought up in one of the oldest GM dealerships east of the Mississippi, and this dealership is everything you will need from Ambrose Orlando, Sales, to Michael Myette the service manager.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Richards Motorcars, mainly due to the GM I worked with, Joe, who was great. He was prompt and very easy to communicate with over the phone and via texts. He answered a lot of the questions I had before I even made it to the dealership. I made an appointment, checked out the car and was able to do the test drive, fill out all the paperwork, and complete the purchase in a little over an hour. I couldn’t recommend the dealership more.
