I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

This was my first time buying a car that I needed financing for, and I was SO nervous. But Rochester Ford, and especially Justin Nordman, went above and beyond to make the experience as relaxed, easy, and fun as possible. First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

Rochester Ford is the place to go for great cars, and great service. Our salesman, Tom Richard was wonderful to work with. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Way to go everyone.

Great truck from the looks and comfort, and most of all was klaben ford of Warren Ohio, terrific people highly recommended, my salesman Dom cook was great and The owner Mr Klaben was top notch!

Justin did an excellent job selling us a F150. He was very knowledgeable and even taught us a few things. Everyone at Rochester Ford was very friendly and helpful. They stayed 1.5 hours after closing , without complaint, to get us into a truck we love for a really great price. It's the 1st dealership we'll go to the next time we're in the market.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

They had a truck I was looking at. Salesmen and manager were both great to deal with. We couldn’t come to an agreement on the one I called on but they looked all over to find what I wanted. In the end I found one a little closer to Home that checked enough boxes. Didn’t end up buying from them but would not hesitate to in the future. Top notch guys.

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.
