Was lucky to have met Rick Guzman, the whole experience was awesome. I never dreamed that after the first contact with Rick at 10:00 AM , few hours later my husband will drive off with a brand-new Bronco. It was kind of a miracle, close enough but no it was due to the hard work, dedication and expertise of Rick. He made it all possible and went way above and beyond his duty, even picking up our trade in, that we could not drive because of a health issue. I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

Just purchased my 2022 Ford F250 Tremor today from Friendly Ford. All I can say is my experience was absolutely amazing! My Salesman BT,, to Stanley Clark who assisted me when I ordered my truck back in December to sales mgr Blake and Rick and Billy in finace were so awesome. signing paperwork in finance was fast, and on delivery BT and Sam was also amazing so kind and knowledgeable. And Kaitlyn the receptionist at from desk was so sweet and quick getting my temporary license plate done . This is my second F250 since 2020 and all my friends and family that are from Louisiana come to Friendly Ford to purchase their vehicles. You get treated like family at this dealership and I will never go anywhere else.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.
