I am very blessed to have met Aramis at Mullinax. Dealing with him and the Mullinax team was one of the smoothest and most respectful business transactions I’ve ever had, particularly for a purchase as substantial as a new truck. I’d been shopping for about 3 months and was so fed up with the “Let me talk to my Finance Manager” game - it is so outdated, inefficient, and untrustworthy. As a modern consumer, I have unlimited resources at my disposal to research what I want, and once I decide, I don’t need to be “sold” to. When I show up at a dealership, I have already done my homework, and I expect to be listened to and assured I am partnering with the right company and vehicle. I need to trust what I see and hear. Aramis and Mullinax delivered beyond all of my expectations. From now on, I will be calling Aramis first for every car or truck I purchase. First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

I have purchased a few vehicles in my life but this was by far the best buying experience that I have had to this point. My truck specialist, Jacob, was ultimately concerned about me getting the truck that I wanted. He was not pushy at all and worked with us to find the truck that fit our needs and wants. Initially they didn’t have the truck that was the perfect fit for us, but both Jacob and Chris worked hard to find the perfect match. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the end result.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

I have bought many new cars from different dealerships. My experience with salesman Duke was the most pleasant and stress-free experience ever. Honest, friendly, and your advocate in getting YOUR desired car and or truck at a very fair price. Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

Everyone was pleasant and very efficient. Everything was clean and neat. The salesman Ray Cabral( not sure of spelling) was a very good representive for this dealership.

Hey hey hey! For anyone shopping for a car and looking at reviews I had a great experience! This was at Napleton in Sanford. My wife and I went into the store very skeptical and not trusting anything (reading reviews) and ready to combat anything that would be thrown at me. I have had alot of bad experiences and pushy upsales and then once you buy the vehicle “You are stuck” .With Jose he very transparent from the start and has been until this day. The whole situation went smooth and honest and even after i left and i had realized that i had a light that was not working (here we go)…..but again Jose had me come right in and it was fixed in less than 30 min. He even texted me with updates!! As always, this is just my solo experience but i will say I would buy another car from Napelton and not all car buying experiences are bad! Thank you Jose!
