This is our ninth Ford and our eighth from Packey Web. We have dealt with the same salesperson each time. Elliott Sivewright has always been awesome every time. He knows us now, so this last transaction was a breeze. We called him and told him what we were looking for and what amenities we absolutely wanted and what amenities we could do without. The service level that will be provided going forward is excellent. Westfield Ford has a mobile service man that can come to our house to perform some maintenance activities. They also will pick up at the vehicle and return it to us from the dealership after servicing for more extensive repairs. Overall, we were very happy with Rick’s professional assistance, and the process and highly recommend Westfield Ford.

Very pleasant atmosphere and the hard working staff that makes it all happen service advisors, service technicians, parts department, billing dept. and cashiers, & sales and to add that I have a quite long history with Roesch i can honestly say that all though i had one bad experience with the service department that was swiftly rectified by means of the service manager overall I would recommend Roesch dealership to any of my family members and associates , lastly I must say kudos to service advisor ( Jessica Mamahua ) & service director ( Adam Jaswilko ).

Well, experience at dealership was good only wish I would have kept old truck. The 139 point inspection on truck I purchased was pencil whipped. Multiple issues my local dealer had to fix first 2 months owning it. 80% of them should have been found on inspection. I'm very happy for having Ford Advantage which covered almost 4K in repairs.

Chris Perez and the lady with finance at Webb ford in highland were amazing. They were very kind and helpful. I was nervous to trade my vehicle in because I have gotten it the day my nephew passed and it was very sentimental to me. But, these two kind souls made the process a bit easier. I definitely will be going here anytime I am ready for a new vehicle.
