Bought this car new. I will have owned it 9 years March 30, '23. 59,000 miles and still loving everything about it. Recommended maintenance and only one regular (not hybrid) battery that lasted over six years were my only expenses. Still seems new. Everything still works flawlessly. The built-in Lexus Enform roadside assistance system is no longer supported due to newer technology, which is to be expected.

We recently bought a new Honda CRV EXL Hybrid from Terry Scudieri with Gerald Honda of Countryside in September 2022. Our entire experience with Terry and Gerald Honda was positive from minute one of speaking with him! Terry answered all of our initial questions directly and follow-up questions by phone within minutes. We ordered the car in August and its anticipated delivery was mid-November. Four weeks later in September, Terry informed us they were able to source the vehicle much earlier than expected! At the dealership, all of the paperwork, license plate details, etc. were in order when we took delivery of the Honda CRV. Terry expertly guided us through all of the vehicle's safety, operating and comfort features. He also helped us with the individual driver settings including the hands-free cell phone connectivity, seat adjustments, etc. From start to finish, there were zero issues with our pricing/financing and Terry went out of his way to make certain that we had no concerns about any of the arrangements. I drive a Honda Pilot Special Edition- It is by far the BEST car I have ever owned. I have no kids but really wanted an SUV. I drove two civics on lease before and went to look at a CRV. The pilot was around the same price to lease as a CRV and boy am I glad I chose this over that! I keep my third row down and the trunk space is incredible. This is a good car to have in your 20’s despite what people have this car for. My lab and yorkie have plenty of space and i absolutely feel like I am driving a sedan still with how smooth and tight and sporty it drives. I still whip like I did in my car!!!! I cant wait for the next generation to come out, I will probably stick with pilots for a while

I've had Hondas since late seventies and they've gotten better every car. My latest is the 2022 civic sport touring. The features and comfort and performance are outstanding. Highly recommend this car. My best one yet.

I just bought 2023 Honda Pilot Elite and I'm super happy with the purchase and overall experience at Gerald Honda of Countryside. Sales person Daniel De La Torre Jr. was very knowledgeable, reasonable, friendly and didn't put any pressure on me. Also the Financial Manager was very nice and honest guy too. Purchased the Civic LX Sedan for mileage and as a commuter car. Overall the basic safety features and mileage are great. Basic interior is a sacrifice.

We were in the market for another vehicle and Saul did a great job with helping us find one. The process was easy and fast. Mark in finance was great as well. This is our 2nd Honda from here and we will definitely be coming back.

The only thing that I would say I do not love are some of the mitigation features that at times take away the control of the drive. We had one experience where it was a potential hazard. Apart from that we love the vehicle and the dealership that sold it to us.

It has a great and roomy interior. It drives so smoothly and handles with ease. Some of the controls take some getting used to but overall it's a great car.

Came in unsure of what to expect but my sales person Gilbert made everything clear and comfortable for me which gave me confident in my purchase. It was the best experience in car buying i’ve ever had , So to say Gilbert is the best would be an understatement

I am impressed with this vehicle. It is comfortable and stylish. However, I wish that Lexus had a turbo option as this V8 I find to be a little sluggish.

I’ve owned a 2020 x3m competition since the month they were released. First let me knock out rough ride thing. If you ride on the stock Conti summer tires all the time, yes it can be rough. I switched to to Michelin all weather after 11,000 miles and it made a huge difference! A much better more comfortable ride Side note: when I would swap Conti to winter tires also a huge difference! The stock summer tires that come on the car are incredible for handling on a track which the car was made for but, the car feels much better with Michelin all sports all seasons. This car makes me happy every time I drive it ! So much fun to drive!

This car has survived two cross country drives in two years. We are in our 70’s so comfort and reliability are king. It gets great marks for comfort....we would probably not have been able to walk after a long drive in our previous vehicle. Two critisims: The rear gate should be electric like 99.9% of other comparable vehicles. Second, we keep dropping stuff in the opening between the seat and the console. There needs to be some kind of covering. Or the console needs to be wider. [Dont mess with the seats; they are great!@]

Eddie was overall fantastic. My wife and I drove out to Countryside from Chicago to look at a specific used car that they had on their lot. We were hesitant to drive out there as my wife is very pregnant and we didn't want to be stuck in an office closing on a vehicle if she were to go into labor. Eddie assured us that if we decided to purchase the vehicle he would make the paperwork/negotiation portion as timely as possible. We knew exactly what we wanted and needed to make a deal and Eddie worked with the manager and the finance department to make that happen. Couldn't be happier in our new vehicle and couldn't recommend anyone better than Eddie.

This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

This visit went well but some previous visits had issues.

We looked at a number of cars before we purchased our 2020 Blazer. Ours came with an awesome V-6 engine rated at 206 HP if I have it right. It has loads of power, 4 wheel drive with the option of 2WD for most days. It gets 23.6 MPG for our defined use. The sound isolation is amazing with a very quiet inside blocking most road noise. My wife loves this car. We got the 2LT version with the optional V-6 and Cajun red paint. GM has a winner with this vehicle.

Bo was awesome! I went in for info on a Corolla cross and drove out in a RAV4 fully loaded and an excellent guarantee. Already recommended him to several coworkers and family!

I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid, 2022. I’ve owned Mercedes and a whole bunch of other cars but the noise from this literally hurts my ears. Really sucks because I wanted to keep this car forever but now I wanna get rid of it because the low bassy vibration is absolutely terrible. I have seen some people talking about a foot to radiator seal, hoping that might help. I want to fix this but its some serious xxxxxxxx. I like bass but this suckd toyota… 😢

I bought my first car from Continental Toyota a few days ago. I was nervous about the car buying process, but my experience, thanks to Jerry Skeberdis, was quick and easy. Jerry was very welcoming when I came through the dealership doors and was able to get me the 2023 RAV4 Hybrid XLE I had been searching for. I was also able to test drive a RAV4 my first trip to the dealership without having to schedule an appointment. Jerry sent me updates on the car’s ETA, since it was in transit, and sent reminders to bring documents for a quick pickup when the car was ready. Continental is not the closest Toyota dealership for me, but I will look to Jerry and Continental for future purchases.

I drove a RAV4 before trading in for a Sienna, but with 3 kids who are only getting bigger, it was time for more space. I told myself I would never drive a minivan, but the Sienna's just looked so nice to me and after driving it for a month I can confidently say it doesn't even feel like I'm driving a minivan. My only regret is not getting it sooner. There is more space than we know what to do with, the auto opening doors and easy access to everything is so convenient, the kids get in and out of the car completely on their own now and they absolutely love having their own space, cup holders, and charging ports. And as any other Toyota Hybrid, the Sienna's performance is just unbeatable. I researched many other minivans before deciding on this one, but the gas mileage put it above anyone else. It is so quiet and smooth, and again, doesn't even feel like a minivan. Best vehicle purchase I've ever made!

I leased a 2021 hybrid XLE. I had no idea the mileage would be insane for a vehicle this size. 37 to 40 mpg. I didn’t believe it either. I have saved two pmts maybe 3 in one year over the 2019 standard engine. Car drives great and many safety features make a completely reliable auto for my family. I will be getting another one when this lease is up I have no doubt. If you room for all your you won’t be disappointed.

I traded in my Mercedes a 2017 GLE 350 LOADED for this mini-van for a 9,000 mile road trip around the USA. Best decision ever! Much more comfortable and averaged 35mpg regular unleaded and when wife drove even better. Our's is the Platinum All Wheel Drive Model. NO PROBLEMS. Didn't even need the usual new car adjustments. Everything perfect out of the gate. I have been driving for over 48 years have had NEW Mercedes, BMW, Lexus and even Chrysler, Honda Mini Vans, SUVs, etc. NOTHING holds a candle to this 2022 Toyota Sienna. More room than our old Suburban and handles way better not to mention costs half to drive. The only negative is the Mini-van stigma. Even though Toyota was shooting for more of an SUV styling, people (especially my adult kids) just don't get it. Financially, I can drive just about anything I want and this is my dream vehicle! I hope and pray folks will get over the minivan stereotype for their sake!

Great experience buying a new 2023 RAV4 XLE Premium Hybrid. Bo (sales) did not pressure me and was very forthcoming with information about all the different options - new vs used, different models, different options. Chris (finance) also explained the terms, including monthly payments & payoff options. This is my 3rd car purchased from this dealer and there are other dealers closer to my house. I have also been impressed with the service department over the years and that's important to me. Whether it's an oil change or a recall or a repair, I have always been satisfied. New tires, tune-up, batteries, again no major problems with my 2007-140,000 mile Rav4 so I stuck with the model. Happy Happy Happy

I purchased a 2021 Buick Envision Avenir in March 2021. I think it is a beautiful vehicle inside and out. It is very quiet and provides a nice driving experience. It has a lot of features that would have cost me a great deal more on a competitor's model.

Bought my used 2 door at about a year old, with 17,000 miles. Had a couple issues initially: passenger seat got stuck, and airbag light was on. But once I had those fixed, the car has been completely reliable. And I found out that the 2 problems were related. So really it was only 1 problem. The stuck seat has impacted the air bag sensor or something. Loads of fun driving this thing through the snow. 1 foot, 2 feet. Fluffy, or packed by the snow plow. It didn’t matter. Shift it into 4wd and point it where you want it to go. It just went over all of it, and without any drama. Nice and slow. No need for momentum. It just went right through the snow . Can’t wait to take it off road with some friends. As for everyday driving, I love it. You just have to know what you’re getting into. It’s not designed to be a comfortable or sporty car. It’s loud, rather uncomfortable on the bumps, the 2 liter engine sounds like a dish washer, etc. But, those are also all the quirks I love about it. It’s not pretending to be something it’s not. I would’ve gotten the manual roll down windows if I had the choice. It’s just the opposite of my other car, a Macan turbo. It’s just a good old fashioned, honest vehicle. The engine and transmission combo make for a pretty quick team. I’d say 0-60 in about 6 seconds. That’s pretty xxxx quick for a 4000 pound truck designed to go off road. Rarely do I push it that fast of course. I like to drive nice and slow in this car. This is my car to go slow and smell all the roses. I love it. I’m averaging just under 20 mpg driving mostly in NYC. Not bad. Best mpg I’ve had from all my suvs. The hardtop only takes 10 minutes to take off. But it’s still a pain in the xxx. It’s definitely a 2 person job. And then there the issue of where to store this big thing. It’s not like NYC houses have big garages. We’ll see how often I take it off once the summer comes around.

I do not like the positions of the cup holders. I love this car. It is a smooth ride and gets great gas mileage! The back seat is very comfortable and adults can actually ride in the back with knee room.
