I called on the Pre-Owned vehicle I was interested in and dealt with Presley Wickham, the salesperson and Scott Miller, the General Sales Manager. I explained I was very interested in the truck but did not feel comfortable leaving my house as I have recently had surgery. Long story short, they completed EVERY aspect of my deal online and over the phone and email. Presley showed up to my house in a mask and gloves and we did business on the tailgate of the truck by signing the paperwork. The truck was immaculate on the inside and I can tell it had been totally sanitized. I brought my F-250 in to have an alignment done. Clayton helped throughout the whole process, from check in to finished repair. He kept me informed the whole time. He provided estimates for the repair cost and time also. Clayton was extremely helpful and even offered services that I didn?t know they had, like delivering my vehicle to my home after the repair free of charge. They also do service work at your home, such as, oil changes. My repair was done in a reasonable amount of time and a print out was provided which showed before and after specs. The whole process was hassle free.

I live in Arlington so I had sent an email first to see if the Badlands bronco was still available. Jimmy contacted me back right away and even sent me a video of the vehicle. I drove out the next day to take a look at it where I meet up with jimmy. My over all experience was very good and Jimmy definitely made the overall experience much better. Any concern I had he made sure to address quickly and efficiently.
