We purchased a 2025 Escape Hybrid at a competitive price and painless delivery. In the middle of the process, the sales person had left to pursue another career path. The assigned sales person (Matthew) reached out to introduce himself and kept us aware of build status and assured arrangement of the ceramic coating and delivery. He went through all of the controls at delivery and answered all of our questions. Kudos to Rob for making a good selection of assigning Matthew to us and bringing Matthew up to speed on our purchase and needs. Even the financing process was painless.
