I took our Ford EcoSport in for its routine 5,000 mile oil change that included the checking of the fluids, hoses, and wires. The tires were rotated when it was suggested it was due for that. My appointment was for 8:30AM, and my car was taken into the garage right away. Within a half ho9ur the work was completed at a very reasonable price.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are extremely reasonable compared to the dealers in the Northeast. The inventory was very large with many options.

Worked with both MATTS they came to what I wanted for a payment. It was all done without going to dealership and that saved a lot of time. They were very professional, helpful and courteous though the whole process. The finance dept was smooth and explained all the paperwork for a fast transaction. My recent service visit was with Caitlin Snow a service writer who was most accommodating and understanding of my needs. The service managers follow up and ascertaining that all was completed to my satisfaction and welcoming return for further service is something you will not fine in many dealerships.
