Dealer leadership stepped up to resolve an issues with service. Things do go wrong with cars, and not every situation is pleasant for customers or dealers. However, the true test of integrity for any dealership is what they do to fix the problem, and make it right for the customer. In my case the senior management rolled up their sleeves, took responsibility, and made things right. Sometimes, the most important things you can learn about the true quality of a dealership is when something doesn't go quite right. Very impressive group of people. Would highly recommend to anyone.
I took my car to Kelly Ford for service today. Oil change, tire rotation etc. Brian and his staff took care of it very efficiently. He explained everything and made sure I was informed of the progress. I will definitely be returning to service my vehicle.

It was our pleasure to do business with Mini of Peabody, and more specifically with the General Sales Manager Jim Carven (GSM), our Sales Agent Richard Tran and their Business/Finance Manager Harley. At no time was there any pressure to purchase the vehicle that we were interested in or the extended maintenance plans that were available after the purchase. Being away on vacation, the GSM allowed us to make a refundable credit card deposit by telephone in order to hold a certain vehicle for up to three days and he also agreed to extend the Black Friday Sales Event and the incredible savings that was being offered on select 2017 MINIs.
I had a almost painless experience at Mini of Peabody when purchasing my Mini Convertible 2017 a week ago. Buying a car today is very different dynamic than a few years ago. My wife and I just purchased two minis they took great care of us from start to end. We had our kids with us and they where very patient since we had a 3 year old boy with us that is a terrorist in any building. Will continue to business with them and recommend them to anyone. No matter what the issue is, Mini of Bedford is always there for me. The service advisor's are top notch, specifically Ed West. I don't know what I would do without him! Facility is always spotless and everyone is always so friendly!
