Even though the dealership was incredibly busy with multiple sales going on at the same time, both the salesman, Jarrett and the dealership handled it very well. We did have to wait longer than expected, but understood considering the situation.

Great experience. Alllowed me to test drive the vehicle without a salesperson riding along, which gave me a chance to really get the full picture of the vehicle and all of the electronics in the car. Kirk, wasn’t pushy with any of the ‘extras’ the dealership likes to add. Smooth process to finalize a price and then signed all the final paperwork via electronic docs because I was leaving town later that day. Jason the finance personnel was easy to work with also and made it so simple to finance the vehicle.

I went to the dealership on Saturday and my mom Terri Connally was absolutely the best!! Got a 2020 Nissan Sentra SR and absolutely in love with it. My payments were going to be high. After working some magic with Wright Patt, Alan Chess got my payments $200 cheaper monthly. Anyone who is looking at getting a car go see my second mom Terri Connally and Alan Chess. My experience with Dave Arbogast Ford was spectacular. They went above and beyond to service my car. Despite my car still being under warranty, several other Ford dealerships were unwilling to service my vehicle and provide the loaner that is guaranteed under my warranty. When it came to Dave Arbogast coordinating a loaner vehicle, Leah was very accommodating and friendly. The first person I spoke to in the service department was Justin. Each time I called back, he was very pleasant and willing to help. He communicated updates throughout the entire process, and he did an excellent job explaining the situation in a technical way and with layman’s terms. Needless to say, my experience with Dave Arbogast Ford was outstanding and I would highly recommend them for all of your service needs!

Great customer service. Easy to schedule an appointment for any service needs. Upon arrival, the service department was ready to help I was told upfront how long the service would take and the cost. The waiting area was clean and well stocked. There are three areas to wait for your vehicle one which includes an enclosed room for children. My car was ready before the promise time, I will use this dealership again for any service needed.
