I went to the dealership on Saturday and my mom Terri Connally was absolutely the best!! Got a 2020 Nissan Sentra SR and absolutely in love with it. My payments were going to be high. After working some magic with Wright Patt, Alan Chess got my payments $200 cheaper monthly. Anyone who is looking at getting a car go see my second mom Terri Connally and Alan Chess. The time to complete the oil change and tire rotation was done in the time frame promised. I was pleased with service provided by the service department.

Great experience. Alllowed me to test drive the vehicle without a salesperson riding along, which gave me a chance to really get the full picture of the vehicle and all of the electronics in the car. Kirk, wasn’t pushy with any of the ‘extras’ the dealership likes to add. Smooth process to finalize a price and then signed all the final paperwork via electronic docs because I was leaving town later that day. Jason the finance personnel was easy to work with also and made it so simple to finance the vehicle.

Even though the dealership was incredibly busy with multiple sales going on at the same time, both the salesman, Jarrett and the dealership handled it very well. We did have to wait longer than expected, but understood considering the situation.

Negotiated our trade over the phone since I was 8 hours away. Everything was exactly as discussed when I arrived.
