Really good dealership. Enjoyed my time there. The salesman that helped me was excellent (Cody Caudill) I would recommend him to anyone. This place does not push sales. They let me look at what I wanted and didn't try pushing one on me that I didn't want.
Never a service issue at this dealership. Always upfront about any issues on my vehicle. No upsell. Always listen to what I say about things I'm feeling or hearing on my vehicle and will check them out.
After searching for a vehicle for approximately three months, I finally found a used 2011 Ford F150 4x4 truck that I was interested in at a very reasonable price. After test driving the vehicle, I had found some minor repair issues which made me have second thoughts about buying the truck. Adrienne Emmons was the sales person I was working with during the test drive. She then went out of her way to work with management to get the repair issues resolved in a timely manner. I was glad I waited a few more days for the work to be done as the truck looked great after coming back from the detail shop and everything is now in good working order mechanically. The dealership also offered a fair trade-in value for my older SUV. Morgan in finance was also very pleasant to work with. She made the paperwork and formal purchase go quickly and smoothly. She did not try to high pressure me into purchasing extra warranties although she did present to me what was available.
They are very professional and treat you like family. My check engine light came on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and they checked it out and then we set up an appointment for the next day, but would be at work so they came and picked it up and brought it back when they were done. Very happy with everything.
I visited the dealership about a year ago and test drove a truck. I didn't end up buying it but returned to look at trucks again. To my surprise, Adrienne remembered me and helped find a truck that fit my needs. The best part is in that year time I wasn't bombarded with emails and calls about vehicles they had for me. Morgan was great and made the paperwork process pretty painless! They also have a nice selection of vehicles at good prices!
I have always been impressed with the quality of the service that I have received at this dealership. They are knowledgeable, very efficient, and quick to answer any questions that I might have about my vehicle. I was looking for a used vehicle to transport myself and dog in comfort for a monthly drive of about 300 miles each way. I found a perfect 2009 Ford Escape (the 2009 Escape still had a high roof, all amenities, front wheel drive only, low mileage, a popular and dependable 4 cylinder and great seat comfort & support). The sales staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Their sales application was only 1 page and with a 25% down payment (not mandatory) and my decent credit, financing and the whole purchase experience was easy and fast. They also knew the history of the vehicle since it was originally purchased there which was also very helpful. They also knocked off several hundred dollars and the vehicle had new tires, wipers, battery, etc. and was very clean. After the purchase, there was no second guessing. I was happy about the vehicle and am confident it will serve our family for years.

Just had a great Experience at Steve Rogers Ford. I found a 2010 Corolla on Cars.com. Dennis Osworth was a great sales person. There was no high pressure throughout the buying process. I got a nice little car at a very fair price. Very satisfied. I drove in from Indiana and it was worth the drive.
I bought a 2016 Ford F-150 from Jim Schmitz back in early July. I recently had the brakes replaced with new rotors and had to work done by my mechanic in the town that I live in. I contacted Jim Schmidt about this problem and they have taken care of over half of the bill or paying for the parts and they realized it was a mistake on their part work should have been done originally and they made it right with me I am writing this review into cancel out the other two because they came forward and made it right with the customer( myself).
Everything went well with the purchase of my 2017 Expedition EL. We took delivery the day after our visit because they were to have fixed the back-up camera. The back-up camera was faulty with the image being distorted and was identified during test drive with agreement to have it fixed. Upon delivery, on the same day, the camera again failed and has continued to not be functional (this is day 2). I'm not to worried because they said they would make sure it was fixed so I will write a follow up to this to let you know how it turns out.
That said I feel based on my initial experience they will be true to their word. Look for a review once it does or doesn't get repaired. I do want to say I dealt with AJ (sales) and he was great to work with, always following up and keeping me up to date over a lengthy period. At this time I would recommend him as a great representative of the dealership being knowledgeable and easy to work with.
I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to see Jim Schmidt Ford. These are good people, they are honest and there is no pressure. They are not the type of sales people or dealership you may be used to. Honesty and decency are on the top of the list for their employees and this dealership. If you are in the market I urge you to make a visit.
