No complaints. Professional and a great asset to the team! These GUYS ROCK! They don't get enough credit for the hard work and effort put in on a daily basis dealing with the public. I am 70 years old and have bought or leased over 25 cars. This dealership is the best in appearance and customer service. The sales manager, Mo, made it go without the slightest hiccup. He processed the financing of my new car as if I had a credit score of over 775. When I raised a concern about the service contract, he took the time to offer a solution that took away any concerns I had. My salesman Jesus, was patient and took the time to find a vehicle that was just traded in that would be perfect for me. It was, and I did purchase it.

Exceptional experience from the time of inquiry. The Jeep I had originally inquired about through an online query sold that same day. Immediately, Jared started helping find alternative cars that met our needs which involved contacting other dealerships to find a match for us. Within two days, THE JEEP for us had been found! He had a giant red bow put on it for the grand reveal to my daughter which was priceless. The customer service from everyone in the dealership was phenomenal- everyone was attentive to our questions, the purchasing process was quick and painless, and there were frequent communications. Easy check in, and not a long wait time. When service was complete the service person went over what was completed and checked and advised me of any concerns.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Bryan (sales manager) is awesome and very friendly! He made the process very smooth and did not haggle me through any part. Eddie (finance) was also notably very helpful and friendly. He showed me the warranty but did not give me a hard time or pressure me into anything other than I came for. He even helped me with a discount for what I originally came in for. Overall 10/10 facility, staff and experience!
