Came in for service on fleet trick; lounge area very comfortable to open laptop and make calls while waiting service to be completed.

Scheduled an appointment for the works. Took 2 1/2 hours to complete. That?s my only complaint. Still need a recall done but have to reschedule because I was told they?d need my car for 3 days.

I can't say enough about how amazing the folks at Lithia Springs Ford were and how great they treated me. Worked with Ced Thatch in Sales on a truck order. Although I was unable to purchase due to my financial situation he was great to deal with through the whole process. When I go for service I want to be heard. I want to know that my questions and concerns are taken care of and often I feel like they are just passed over. I miss the old service manager a lot he did care
