Not quite like my previous visits to Avis Ford. Main issue is that the whole process took way longer than past visits. Some of it was beyond the control of Avis Ford, some was just unforeseen until that moment. But it was a real test of my patience. My dealer as usual was great, the process not so much.

My experience at Serra ford was fantastic, the dealers were friendly and polite they even offered cold bottles of water for my wife and I,surely i would tell all my friends and coworkers shop 4 a vehicle new or used at Serra ford of Rochester Hills.

The color I wanted was not on there lot, but he got me one in less than a week and went through all the features with me, even hooking my phone to the car.
