Was shopping for a 2024 Ford Ranger and hitting up pretty much all dealers in Los Angeles County. Autonation Ford Valencia had the model I wanted so I reached out to them and got a reply from Justin. Working with Justin and his manager we were able to work up a great deal via text. I'm about 70 miles away so drove out the next day with the offer in hand for a test drive. Loved the truck, pulled the trigger and had a great experience with Jay and Frankie for the whole buying process. I don't deal with dealerships often at all and they made it a great experience.

However, after owning vehicles from Lexus, Acura, and Chevy, I can confidently say that Ford Autonation Valencia has given me the best customer service I?ve ever experienced. They always get my car in quickly and provide a loaner vehicle while mine is being serviced, which is a huge help.
