TLDR: Great price on used F150. Price on cars.com was the honored sales price. No crazy dealer add-ons. Even with financing, I was in and out in about an hour. Great experience. Worked with Chelsea. Texted and e-mailed ahead to inquire about online price and any silly add-ons. She confirmed. I was still half suspect until I saw the contract and it was all in order. Nothing like the hundreds or $1000+ some dealers add for "refurbish fees" or "protective coating" and such. Got a little pressure from financing for the warranty and had to say no several times, but I expected as much. In all, it was a very straightforward, stress-free, quick buying experience and I'd definitely consider buying there again.

Everyone here was amazing, found the exact truck I wanted! The paperwork process was fast and paperless. Brian from sales was the best. Everyone was courteous and outgoing.

If you're looking to get your vehicle serviced be sure to ask for Brandon, he answered all my questions respectfully including ones that i wasn't there to have serviced. I never had any other dealership service department give such great communication, i even received video and photos of my truck throughout its service. He never once tried to over sell me on my service.

General manager David Kohler is a phenomenal person to work with on the higher level at a dealership. I have purchased many vehicles from Chapman Ford and will continue to do so. I went in to have my car checked out for possible problems. They came back with a number of items that needed repair. I scheduled a time and date that was convenient to me. They gave me an estimate and when the job was completed, it was less than the estimate. It was done in a timely manner and I'm very happy with the service and will go back for my regular service, which I've been having done else ware.

Not once, but twice, they went out of their way, delivered my new truck to my home, and brought the paperwork for my wife to sign!! This is the ultimate in customer service. Tim Beal is my new service advisor at Chapman Ford because my service advisor (also Chapman) retired. Tim is awesome! He makes sure everything is perfect with my Mustang. It needed some engine work, and he stayed in touch with me and made sure all parts and equipment were new factory parts... nothing but the best! My Mustang has 80,000 miles, and it runs like a new car!! Tim is great, and all the employees at Chapman Ford are EXCELLENT!
