I went to Grand Prairie Ford on short notice and was able to get the vehicle I needed for my wife and get it done very quickly. I brought my F-250 in to have an alignment done. Clayton helped throughout the whole process, from check in to finished repair. He kept me informed the whole time. He provided estimates for the repair cost and time also. Clayton was extremely helpful and even offered services that I didn?t know they had, like delivering my vehicle to my home after the repair free of charge. They also do service work at your home, such as, oil changes. My repair was done in a reasonable amount of time and a print out was provided which showed before and after specs. The whole process was hassle free.

Lori has Top Notch customer service and is an excellent communicator. She got all my maintenance taken care of, she suggested wiper blades which I had forgotten about and needed. I took advantage of the deluxe wash which was cheaper than my regular car wash and did a better job. She even dropped off my car to my doorstep free of charge.
