New and used 2025 Ford F-150 Lightning trucks for sale near West University Place, TX

Truck was sold so I didn’t have a chance to get to deal with anybody at the dealership.

Mobile service truck arrived at my house early. Service provider was courteous and knowledgable, finishing the job within 20 minutes.Why would anybody want to drive to the dealership when you can get the same service at your home/business?

I recently purchased a 2024 Ford F150 from Auto Nation Ford Katy and was 100% satisfied with my purchase experience. Diego was very patient with my wife and I while making the hard choice of trying to figure out which vehicle was the best for our family. Our finance representative, Mo, did a terrific job in explaining the sales contract and the different warranties available to us. Every part of the buying process was easy and well organized. I ordered my new Explorer and there were some delays due to the model year changeover. Both Helfman and Ford reached out to me on numerous occasions to inform me of the status of my vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle I was in and out of the dealership within an hour or less. There was not one hiccup or unnecessary delay as they had all the paperwork prepared when I arrived. If you want to purchase a car or truck hassle-free, Helfman Ford is the place to shop.

Tim in service was very helpful and informative. He follow with me a few days later to make sure it was running will.

The buying process was simple and straightforward. Adrian the salesman was wonderfully honest and transparent. The only time I had any issues was with the trade-in appraisal which was ridiculously low and so I took it to CarMax and got 8k more than offered at Baytown. The only other hiccup was when finance was doing the final numbers and tried to slip in an extra charge for sales tax on a vehicle I didn?t trade in with them. I?ll give it to them as an honest mistake but they need to be more careful when talking a thousand dollars. I walked out a happy customer in the end and will happily refer folks to Baytown Ford especially for specialty and performance vehicles.

Great experience good people to work with salespeople need some training on the vehicle walk around and knowledge of all the vehicles that are being sold .But overall an easy purchase.

I purchased a 2025 F-150 XLT in April. I researched the truck and scheduled a test drive on the Autonation Website without any issues. Once I got to the dealership everything went smoothly. I got a good deal on the truck and the salesman was courteous and professional. The entire experience was good. I recommend buying a truck from Autonation on the Gulf Freeway.

Joe Mayer Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to in Houston, TX. After calling the Tomball Ford I purchased my car at, about a window that would not roll up I tried Joe Myers. They looked at my vehicle with hours of my car being dropped off, compared to many other places telling me they would not be able to do the same for about 4 days. Jordan in the service department expedited the part and I had car ready a full day early! Simply amazing and the most helpful service time I have ever dealt with.
