Even though Ken Gordy is not the closest Ford dealer to my house, it?s the best! After being to 2 others, I will not go any other place except here. They are quick, thorough, clean, great customer service and honest. Service Rep Mario is the absolute best. He?s one of the reasons I will continue to come back. I found Ken Grody a couple years ago on a Saturday when I needed a new battery replaced and nobody else could help that I called. I called, Mario was the rep and I have been going there for my service and anything needed since.

Purchased the platinum with Fox/BDS 4” coil over front w/ upgraded arms and dual sterling stabilizers on 37’s. Dream truck, tons of power and comfort. Has been in the shop for 4 months with 7 electrical failures. Great truck when it runs.

Although we did not like the vehicle we test drove, we were very impressed by their excellent customer service. We called ahead of time and they had the vehicle we inquired about freshly washed and pulled out for us to test drive. There were no pushy salespeople, just a genuinely polite and informative staff. We have been to quite a lot of dealerships in the past month and thus far our experience with Villa Ford has been the best.

Best truck/car I have ever owned. Tons of power with the 6.7 power stroke and all the bells and whistles I need with the fx4 king ranch trim. The price was no where near what this shows though. It was 87k +TTL

My first interaction with a representative from STG via cel phone did not result in a transaction that met my satisfaction. Some days later I was contacted by a different representative and things went very smoothly. Caesar Q and I reached an agreement that he confirmed by email. I drove down from San Jose with my trade in vehicle and a cashiers check and arrived well after dark. The truck was prepared and ready for me to perform a thorough inspection and test drive. I was inside, outside and under the truck and it was very clean and looked as good as it did in the photos. Caesar was a pleasure to meet and work with. visited this Anaheim dealership twice over two weeks. First was just looking around, then I checked out another dealership in Orange but ended up rushing back here to lease a Ioniq 5 with all-wheel drive. Juan Zúñiga handled everything from the get-go, and there was no pressure whatsoever. I test drove 3 cars, hopped in and out of them loads, and nobody rushed me.
