Howie worked at it and found it, and made buying it easy, with friendly, no pressure, service. Steve in the finance dept. and Rich the sales manager were also very helpful. I would buy here again.

Nice being able to drive into service bay. Greeted as exited vehicle. All I had to do was hand over the keys. Had a good discussion with parts department about Ford hard top and they even printed me out info. They also tried to help me with new tire decision. Takes about an hour.

I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. Liberty Ford in Brunswick: The Salesman, David Baisden,was very helpful, friendly, and he called us back within a reasonable time. What impressed us most is his truthfulness: he quoted a price with a certain vehicle, over the phone, and it was the same when we showed up at the dealership. We bought this vehicle sight unseen and they delivered it for free. Facility and bathroom were clean and tidy. Everyone was friendly who worked there and they made us feel at home. Financing took time but was within reason. We felt that no one pushed us into something we disagreed with or didn't want.

was disappointed Ford no longer making Echo Sport, Escape, Edge, Focus, Fusion. Purchased a Bronco Sport. so far satisfied with the 2024. Disappointed the Liberty Ford at Middleburg Hts. no longer selling new cars although very satisfied with the Brunswick Ford Dealer.

I do not care with not getting a manual anymore. And the descriptions on the window sticker are misleading with not getting a book showing options.
