I liked working with Nisha, not pushy, very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Only issue I really had (I don’t fault mishaps for) was the attention to detail that was given to detailing the car. Heavy dust and grim in easy to see places and crumbs/cereal under the seats. I will have to take it for detailing. Also the car needed new wiperblades right away as they where split.
Gas saver poor audio bluetooth

It saves in gas, its good for a 1st time buyer. The initial take off is not favorable. Make sure to leave ample a space to get up and go. If you rely on the Bluetooth to connect, don't. It is a task in itself EVERYtime I drive, it DOES NOT sync. I've had the radio replaced by Ford dealership yet same issues. Luckily, the phone connects for hands-free for the sake of the law(Georgia). Trade in vale does not hold price, if you buy it plan to keep it until its way below blue book, before you trade,nor you will be upside down.
I wanted a newer car and walked out with a 2019 sentra very happy. Plan on telling all my friends to stop by and see Terri.
Zippy Cheery Blue Little Car

This car is exactly what I wanted. Low mileage, able to quickly get to 70mph on the nearby freeway, room to haul my hound dog. I love the bright blue, I believe it's called Candy Blue. I went from a Suburban to this and am very happy. It's not as comfortable as more expensive cars, but I think the seats are nicer than those in my husband's Subaru. I've used this car for long road trips and short commutes. I'm delighted with how quickly the heat/AC get going, but that's probably the difference between a big ol' Suburban and a teeny car.
Downside. There is "mood" lighting which does not light the USB port; not handy after dark. I don't use the Bluetooth. "She" was just exasperating, couldn't even say "Bluetooth" let alone understand what I said. I just use the hands-free on my phone. The car was fairly new when the clutch needed replacing. Seems like transmission problems are a thing with this batch. However, the dealership was right on top of it and I wasn't inconvenienced.
The dealership was very responsive in reaching out to me about a used car I had inquired about. They set up a time to come see the vehicle the next day and were very flexible in seeing me close to closing time. Overall the dealership was ok, but the used car building definitely was not as nice as the Buick GMC dealership building. Overall they were quick with responses and although I didn't buy a car through them, they assisted me well in all my questions.
Unstable on highway

Shifts left to right on highway, not enough leg room, engine knocks when cold. Great gas milage, 32 mpg average. Has been reliable so far.
We had purchased a new Lincoln MKX previously from Phil Fitts and returned to purchase a used MKC. Our salesman, Albee Mangino, from whom we had purchased the MKX, was again very helpful, friendly, and fair. We believe we received a fair deal and are very pleased with the MKC. We also returned due to the excellent service department.

This car meets all my needs and wants. It’s a fuel efficient sporty car. It’s all I could have asked for. I would definitely recommend it to a family member or friend.
Gabe and Tim worked their tails off to get my me in my dream a Jeep at a price I could afford. The entire Wally Armour staff is the reason why I drive 157 miles to lease a new car.

Only postive thing was gas milage. Since i bought it its been horrible my seatbelt in back didnt work after a couple weeks. Ive done routine matiance at 20000 my transmision is slipping the ford place i bought it from never returned my calls
Purchased a pre owned vehicle from Montrose Ford Lincoln and had a great experience. Super quick responses from the sales team (Dave) especially because we were coming from out of town. They made the buying process quick and easy.

Buying process was quick. Easy. Personnel seemed friendly. However, Used car we bought was unfamiliar to sales reps.
We were promised a call back on Mon for a repair due in writing. No call. We called Mon and Tues (2x) left messages as well. No calls.
This certainly is not good customer service and referrals will be hard to give based on our experience thus far. Quick to take our money.
Best Car I've Ever Owned, and Only A Month Old

It has been less than a month since I purchased my vehicle, and it is already the most comfortable vehicle I have ever been behind the wheel of. The features that came in my vehicle mean that all I have to do is put it in gear, and turn the wheel every now and again. Even my hardcore car-guy friends are impressed with how nice this car is.
We have purchased our last 4 cars from Phil Fitts and use their service department for all of our needs. One time we went elsewhere (because it was closer to our residence) and it didn't turn out well. We will gladly drive the additional miles to receive fast, friendly and competent service. And, Kenny in the service department couldn't be nicer or more accommodating!

It is a little small for my taste but comfortable nonetheless. It is perfect for my wife though. Nice and sporty and kinda quick. Great color and nice wheels.
I?m a 10 minuet buyer and I had explained that 2 my salesman right from the start. With that being said my whole time spent was maybe a 1/2 hr. Couldn?t be more happier with the powers team.
This Ford Fiesta is a much improved car.

I have only owned it for a week, but so far it is great! It is very comfortable, although I have not sat in the back seat. : )
It is a better quality and a much sportier than the Ford Fiesta was when it first came out.
