I've been a customer of this dealer since 2011, when I bought my Tucson. Just yesterday (2017), I drove to Jefferson City from two hours away for a very important appointment and was stranded there (with my puppy) by a malfunction in my engine. It was a beat-the-clock moment! Their team squeezed my car into their busy day's schedule, fixed it by the time they said they would, and got me on the road back home with a great-sounding engine and a lot of pickup! In addition, they put up with my nervous pacing while they worked and were respectful and friendly throughout. It was a stressful day for me, and in addition to the great service, Lisa made me feel very much at home. I always appreciate the service I get at Jefferson City Hyundai. They take care of me.
