Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I'd been to University Ford North about two years ago when shopping for a new car. At that time I ended up deciding on a new non-Ford model which I still currently drive.
Lately I've been looking for a used car to add to the family as we now have 2 kids driving. I'd had a positive, low-pressure experience two years ago so decided to return when I saw they had a number of used Ford Fusion. I was greeted by David Harrington and with minimal hassle took two of my target cars out for test drives.
I hadn't fully made up my mind to purchase a Fusion and David was politely persistent during my purchase process, arranging for an additional test drive for my wife while I continued looking around. University Ford North was accommodating -- pleasant and easy to work with, especially compared to other dealers. Once I made up my mind to purchase, the time needed to close the deal was minimal and the process hassle-free.

I have bought many cars from Ron. He is very conscientious knows his product. Takes this time going over the vehicle and make sure that all questions are answered. Very patient person great attitude. Every time I talk to him he will ask me how my wife is doing and how our sons are doing. I feel like we have a personal relationship with Ron. Capital Ford all of feel real proud of having this gentleman working for them. He is very honest and has great integrity. He works hard for his company and his customers. I hope he gets recognized from this review. If you're looking to buy a car ask for Ron he is in the new car Department
Courtney Elliott is the best! My daughter was looking for a reliable used car. Courtney was kind, honest, and very helpful. She helped my daughter find a good, reliable car at a very good price. There were a few issues that needed to be fixed and Courtney made sure everything was fixed. I had also been looking for a car, but was unsure of exactly what I wanted. Courtney was patient & helped me find exactly what I wanted in a car, at exactly the price I wanted to pay. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a car. She is one of the few car sales persons I've ever felt wasn't trying to just make a sale, but really cared about us. I hope Capital ford realizes what a gem they have, but in such a male dominated feild; I'm not certain they do.
I am writing on the behalf of Reggie my sales person. The day before I went to the dealership, I contacted him to make a schedule for the following day. The next day as my husband and I pulled up in front of the building.Reggie walked up to us and asked if I was Mrs. Lyon. I was impressed to see that he was waiting for me outside and not inside the building. He showed concerns about what I liked with out pressuring me to buy a car. I give him a (5) for effort. I have purchased half a dozen or so new vehicles and always have them serviced at Crossroads Ford. If you ever deviate and go to a Jiffy Lube or somewhere like that, it will be, suffice to say 'not good'. Stick with Crossroads for either QuickLane for tires, brakes and oil changes or the main service for the big stuff. I got tires and they beat the best price anywhere; oil changes and tire rotations are always done properly. The staff are always helpful and keep you informed of progress. The waiting room is top notch with snacks, coffee, water and soda (even diet which I drink). So great job by this team.
