The car is perfect for cargo & passenger space, rides great & looks cool! The car handles the road very well & has a smooth ride for a large vehicle. Vehicle warms up quick in winter & has great sight lines & blind spot mirrors make car a safe & enjoyable experience.

The Flex is a vehicle you either hate or love. So far we love it. There is plenty of room for our needs. It is comfortable and quiet going down the road. There is a fair amount of storage. Sync 3 is fast, responsive and easy to use. The only negative is gas mileage, have yet to break 20 mpg on either road trip. Shame Ford is planning to discontinue the Flex.
I purchased my used Alfa Romeo back in June. When my SiriusXM radio turned off it caused some confusion since the dealer said I am getting a one year complimentary subscription. Turns out since my car was used, the radio trial was aging while the dealership owned the vehicle.
I was reached out to by Leanne and she was very helpful in fixing the situation. I know that having to deal with third parties can be difficult but she took the time and had the patience to discuss options with Sirius. I appreciate her efforts to make me happy and I was pleased to get the service I was originally promised.
I should also mention that I have never met Leanne and I did not buy my car from her. She was helping me because it was the right thing to do and I am a customer. Nothing in it for her!

Bought it used from Carmax had 31,000 miles 4 months later won’t start now has 35,000 miles got towed to dealer and of course it’s not the fuel pump because that is covered under warranty it’s the electric module that makes fuel pump work . So now I have to pay 3 00.00 some dollars. But yet I see all kind of people posting about this part really Ford . First Ford Never again back to Chevrolet

I've enjoyed driving this vehicle. It provides an excellent ride. Roomy, comfortable, and plenty of power. The AWD is awesome in winter. I love the Flex's body styling. It has great cargo room when needed. Seating for 7 comes in handy on occasion too.
I had an overall very positive and excellent buying and trade-in experience with Sam, Bill, and Michelle. Treated with the highest level of respect, professionalism and customer-first attitude. I love it! It has everything I was looking for! It's Beautiful inside & out. Rides super smooth and my fiance & family loves it too!
Everything is good except 1 key policy. Cost of most of the duplicate key are about $200. We need to keep that in mind when we see their price. In my opinion they should give explicit discount or should get another key made for the quoted price.

T-boned, and my door took the hit...jaws of life used to get me out...car did not roll because of the Flex wide and low style and their safety standards - superior quality safe vehicle by Ford... although it was totalled, I wasn't...and my pyrex cake plate made it too...bravo Ford. I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I would highly recommend working with Chris in sales and the finance manager, John. If you're curious about my whole situation, please read below because they truly bailed me out.
I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. Great vehicle. Great ride and a great value compared to other SUV’s. This is our 2nd Flex and we love them! We looked at other SUV’s but kept coming back to the Flex. I honestly don’t know why anyone would buy anything thing else!!
I was a little put off by the fact that they were going to send me off without a copy of my multipoint inspection. When I brought it to the attention of the two service providers, they confirmed the only thing that came up was the three services (spark plugs, fuel injector, coolant flush) that they had told me about. Regardless, I wanted a copy of it for my records should anything happen or come up. Instead of asking the tech for it, the female service advisor just grabbed a blank one and marked everything 'green.' How do I know at that point that the inspection was even done? Quite frankly, this is the second dealership I've visited, and after countless issues with Kia overall, I am thankful my car is paid off and I will never get another one again.

I am currently on my second Flex I had a 2010 SEL which was great for a family with four teenagers. It had the two captin chairs in the front the bench second row and third row. 2 soccer players room for all their equipment. It was a great car so good in fact that in 2016 I traded up for a limited which is even more awesome than my first it has four captain chairs dual air conditioning front and back push button start and automatic lift hatch it also has navigation and sync 3 which is a big upgrade from the original sync. This car also has remote start. The best part for me is I can actually tow this car behind my RV without a problem at all and without putting any miles on the odometer. I highly recommend it.
Hawk Ford was great to deal with. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and knew what was needed to get the deal done.

Thie car was not only asthetically pleasing exterior amd interior, it has sixth row seating, drives smooth, motor feels strong. Best car ive owned in ten years i absolutely love it. Ive owned a few Nissans, a few corollas, and a ford taurus, and i must say the flex has beat them all in my heart.
The Nissan team was outstanding. They answered every question I had. They worked with me though out the whole processes. As a first time new car buyer it was scary but they made you feel comfortable!! David (sales) and the GM and Adam of the finance dept. All did a fantastic job thank you guys so much.

Too bad Ford Motor Co has decided to stop production of this make of vehicle. Its the best car I have owned in a long time
I had the Ford Flex for a couple years and must say as a family hauler it is top notch!!! the interior layout is great with cupholders to spare, and the tech is amazing. the only thing I didnt like was the fuel economy. I had the 3.5 v6, NOT the ecoboost. I feel that the vehicle may have been a bit heavy for that engine, as well as the box design probably wasnt that great when it comes to wind resistance. the room and comfort was good though. I drove to las vegas from edmonton non stop and didnt experience any kind of pains after driving for 22 hours.
The Ford Flex is an under appreciated vehicle, it fits so many needs for us. The head room, large seats, extra leg room, storage space and durability made this a no brainer for us. We really hope Ford reconsiders this vehicle and markets it properly. The Flex is a Great Vehicle.
