The vehicle I saw on Cars.com was too good to be true for the cost,until I went to see it in person and meet the wonderful people at Magic Auto.
I was supposed to see a couple more cars before making a decision, but the incredible way this dealer ship treated me, convinced me to stop and buy without hesitation. Car WAS too good to be true,but here it was, and priced so well, I didnt hesitate to purchase. Aliyeh is a very special woman, as is the whole family here. No hidden fees, costs and everything was shown before I took the deal. Dont hesitate to visit them,
And see the beautiful cars they have here. You will never regret or forget this business.
First - the car value and description online were exactly what I was looking for. A good quality vehicle at a good price. Second - communications with Jimmie Evans was very clear and straightforward, with no pressure or hard sell. Third - Jimmie quickly brought me to the vehicle when I arrived and let me take a test drive. Fourth - Negotiating the final numbers was done professionally and fairly. Be honest with them and they will be honest with you. Last - drove off with my new vehicle after friendly interactions with all involved.
Lauren Pond did an excellent job meeting my needs and assisting me in the purchase of my new 2019 Silverado RST. He was very knowledgeable, low pressure and made me feel ensured that I got the best deal available. Needed a replacement Kia Sedona for work and needed it fast. They were the first to contact me back and setup nearly everything over the phone and email as I live in Tucson and had to keep working during the process. Once I was pre-approved all that was left was to head up, test drive, and sign. Super friendly and helpful every step of the way even to a Wildcat fan like myself. Do yourself a favor and shop with these guys. They will get you what you need at the price you are looking for. Good to know there are still trustworthy family owned businesses still out there even if they are Sundevil fans. These guys are quality people.
I have bought multiple Cars from this establishment and I have to say after shopping around this staff has been the most helpful. They have a great mechanic on site and. The cars I have bought run great, never had any problems. Ultimately I would recommend this dealership to friends and family or anyone shopping for a used vehicle.
We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle from this dealership. Barbara and Kylor were absolutely phenomenal. We purchased an electric vehicle and they did everything in their power to get the car charged and ready for us. Honestly, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had adequate equipment for the vehicle. We were able to ask questions and received knowledgeable answers. If they didn???t know the answer right then, they researched it and within minutes had an accurate answer. The energy of both Kylor and Barbara was fantastic. They seemed just as excited about the vehicle as we did and that was greatly appreciated. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from a place that puts all the information right out there for you honestly (no issues they are trying to hide), and allows you time to make your decision (doesn???t rush you into an answer), we recommend this dealership and seeing Barbara and Kylor. Even the finance department was pleasant and knowledgeable.
The experience was what you would hope for. I messaged the dealer through cars.com and received an email within hours. I inquired about the car and checked in on it until I could go in oerson. When I arrived a few days later, the car was already pulled out for me and ready to inspect / drive. Everyone involved seemed committed to making the experience easy and transparent.

A gentleman named Michael Johnson helped me find a car in my budget and made it a very enjoyable experience with no pressure to buy. Every employee I spoke with seemed very happy to be there and loved their jobs it was very nice change from most sales people anywhere else you go. I was very satisfied with the level of knowledge that Michael had in helping me find the best car for me in my budget and would 1000% recommend anybody looking for a car to stop by and speak with him or any of their associates as they are over the top friendly and helpful. I went in to check it one of their advertised trucks from cars.Com. The salesman was very helpful in showing me different vehicles. Very friendly, reasonably knowledgeable and no pressure sales tactics applied.
I test drove 5 different cars. The salesman was very honest, and actually told me that one of the cars I was interested in had an issue and needed a repair that wasnt immediately noticable. I found a beautiful car with very low miles and an amazing one owner service history forv$3000 less than the same car with the same miles at a dealer 30 miles away, and they gave me more than the Kelly Blue Book trade in value for my trade in. I NEVER take time to write a review, but was so happy with this dealer that I felt compelled to take the time to write this one. It is probably worth mentioning that I paid cash for this car, so I cannot speak to an experience with financing with thos dealer.
