Car started running super rough out of the blue.... Had it towed to Burnsville Mazda and they were able to fix it for me quickly. They recommended spark plugs too, but I had just done those a year ago, so they said it was fine they didn't replace those with the ignition coil.
Slavic was a very friendly face to see when I came in. He was very informative and took his time to walked me through the details of the car. He noticed that I was cold and offered me coffee which was very mindful. His personality is simply magnetic! Last but not least, the restroom were clean which was a great plus.

We have dealt with a different dealership in the past and unfortunately freeway ford didn???t meet up to the competitors standard. We found freeway ford worked hard to get our business, but once we committed, it became difficult to get answers to basic questions or receive information we requested at the sale. It appears that once the sale is done follow up is slow or none.
I arrived just after 4 p.m. & they were busy. It took almost an hour but the customer lounge in the fast lane is a nice place to wait in. they got my work done as quickly as they could that night & as always the service was curious & friendly.
My extended family has bought from Velishek over the years. Nice selection of used vehicles. Replied to emails in a timely fashion. Stayed late for us to test drive. Haven't bought yet. Still looking. Recommend.
Had my oil changed - the oil filter was leaking just a little. I called, they said bring it in. Fixed it with a new oil filter and didn't charge me for it. I'm very happy. I've been bringing my Suzuki SX4 in for service since it was new in 2010. Best car I've ever had - best dealership service department I've ever dealt with! John Pfiefer is just great. Thanks again!

We came in to look at a vehicle and test drove a couple Lincoln MKZs, we found the one that we liked and with no pressure sat down with the sales person and talked about pricing and different options for financing and within 40 minutes we were finished and driving home a new car. The experience we had at this dealership was excellent and the staff is very friendly knowledgeable and easy-going to work with.

She was pataient with me and my mom, she was knowledgeable about the car and knew what she was doing. I bought a 2016 Ram 1500 Pick-up from Chris Weinberger. I bought my 2001 Ram 1500 Pick-up from Waconia Dodge 17 years ago. Chris was courteous, helpful, and not "pushy". He was a good listener and was very helpful showing us the vehicle we were looking at, and with showing us all of it's features. The vehicle process is not something I enjoy, seeing my last pick-up purchase was 17 years ago. Chris made it quite easy.
