This car meets all my standards & beats my expectations. I've never owned a car with as many bells & whistles as my 2016 Ford Focus. I have a family of 5 and I thought at first it might be to small bc our family is tall & big boned height ranges from 5'11" to 4' tall. We're all very comfortable together in the car. It has so many bells & whistles I'm still figuring everything out the car has to offer lol. It is a very reliable car, great on miles, great on gas I filled up for $17 I was so excited about that. I'm very happy with the car and everything it has to offer.
Very well laid out showroom, as well as good variety of vehicles. While shopping there my wife text me that a Sportage we had looked at the day before had been reduced to the price we offered. I purchased my vehicle elsewhere.
Fuel Efficient and fun

The car is stylish and, not to mention, my favorite color (Charcoal Gray). It’s roomy for a small vehicle and the trunk is nice and deep. Fuel efficiency is amazing. Handling is excellent!
I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.
SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book.
BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.

The car does very well on gas as a daily driver, but if you want to have more fun sport mode really allows the car to handle and accelerate very well. The car is also very roomy and comfortable. I only regret buying one earlier
I worked with Jeremy M. He was super helpful and attentive. I was very pleased with the overall experience. I would recommend anyone to see him for their next purchase.

This car is perfect! It has beautiful interior, white leather. With a bonus of heated seats. The gas mileage is terrific since I drive a lot. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a new one.
After three days of car shopping, I was tired of dealing with salesmen and just tired in general . . . wound up pulling in to this lot just a little over an hour before they closed with very little hope . . . It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I got a really great deal on a car I love!!
Ask for Rex! He did everything he could to give me everything I asked for!! All promises were delivered!! And even stayed late to make sure of it!!

I honestly love my car. Ive always wanted something sporty but when i got this one though its still a regular hatchback it still has more HP and torque then the newer ?sport? hatchbacks out now. You can add more things onto it. Its just a fun car to drive

I bought this car expecting it would not have to be in the shop every couple months. I have owned this car for a year and a half. My engine is now knocking. I have had 3 clutches replaced. For the first 10k miles the car was smooth now 1st and second gear are burnt out. Worst purchase and made Ford ever. I have always been a fan of ford but now I do not think I will buy another. It seems like they did not put enough research into this car. All years experience transmission problems. Terrible car for the winter. I often cannot drive my car if it below 10 degrees outside due to the car not starting. Do not buy.
Everything was excellent but the total price to fix my car labor was 5 times the price of the parts. Grant it we had the money but just weeks before Christmas we spent almost 900 dollars there goes Christmas but thanks for fixing it in a timely manner.
Thank you to the Great people at Ford of Murfreesboro for the great service. They were able to do our normal service and a recall while I waited. Thanks to all and especially Randy Tant!
