We were instantly greeted and shown inside where we were asked the basics of what we wanted. Sam found us the exact car we wanted within the price range we needed. After that, the process was cake with the H and H Kia team taking car of everything!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
Wouldn't go anywhere else for a new car or service. We have purchased our last 2 new cars from Gregg Young. We have serviced many vehicles at this location. They have always been willing to work with us.
John has been excellent keeping me posted on the progress of the repairs. Awesome customer service. Came highly recommended from Gorges Volvo.. Gregg Young’s body shop handles all the Gorges dealerships body repairs. Would come back again
Bought a 2008 Mazda 6 from Henry-Hobscheidt Motors and had a great experience. Low pressure and overall a friendly group of people that care about you as a customer. Shared a ton of stories and had a few laughs. Overall, would highly recommend coming and checking out their inventory. If they don't have what you like they will work with you and help you find what you want, at the price you want, like they did with my Mazda 6!
Dana was so awesome! He worked with me with financing and gave me so many options and worked out the best payment deal. They have been honest with me with any and every repair they ever did for me. I have never been so happy and satisfied with any car dealer. Thank you so much for all your help. A great bunch that really goes out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.
Gave Charles Blobaum a call requesting that he find me a used vehicle with 4 wheel drive. He called within hours and I tried out a Ford Escape and purchased it the same day. Can't thank Charles enough for his hard work and professionalism.
Today I walked in and was greeted by Mike at the front desk. He was really helpful, and walked me through the approval process which i have no experience with. He was really friendly and answered all of my questions. I left with a new car about an hour later. Im kind of in shock at how well this went. It was quick, easy and he was really friendly. We had Jack help us with our car purchase from Gretna and it was easy, fast and painless! And they had free hot chocolate while we waited! Jack answered all of our questions, and we even got to meet the owner while we were in! We'll be back for sure!
