I purchased a new RAM 1500 on Oct 13th and it was one of the easiest and best buying experiences I have had. Tyler gave a great introduction to the truck and explained all the features. He knew the truck very well which is not always the case. We took a test drive and discussed a price. My wife and I then left to discuss it, we decided to pull the trigger. Tyler did most of the paperwork over the phone to reduce time at the dealership. When we arrived the truck was detailed and we only spent about an hour finishing things up with Tyler and with financing (sorry very nice guy but his name escapes me). I feel I got a fair deal and the entire experience was refreshing. How they stand behind the purchase is yet to be seen but I will let you know.
I have wanted a Mustang since I was a little kid, my dream car. Rene did an outstanding job throughout the car buying process. He was friendly, patient and thorough with his information on the car. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Ford company is great. The only problem we encounter is that our Ford edge problem regarding the breaks, turn signal light(we always have to change it ), Air is always off ( we had the compressor changed etc) Always maintain it . We always have to bring this to ford 2010 or other mechanics to get it fix. Now the radio lights is off. The airbag defect has not been replaced. Ford edge 2010 is not a good car always a problem. With other ford cart we have : exurcion,expedition, escape - perfect conditions. We also love ford of orange, great service and very caring to their clients.
